I quite enjoyed Chaotic Century and Guardian Force myself and New Century was
fun from what I saw. I think I preferred the previous two though because they
tended to have a slightly more serious storyline. Come to think of it - I'm not
really sure why I didn't watch New Century...

few hundred bucks, but heck, you gotta work on those wallies, projects,
homeworks and of course do moddin' stuff, ne... I'm just kiddin'... hit me back
if you still got problems.
And if anyone out there thinks there's a better solution than mine, go ahead. Be
my guest. At least I won't be alone to screw up your PC. Then again, if you
think about it, you can always have Ken b!tch slap me into submission if your
machine goes awry. I think that's fair enough retribution, right? Hey don't
worry, I got hundreds more broken, busted, corrupted, rundown PCs to work with.
One of them is Ken's machine... which is super old. Like bible-stuff old. You
know, the kind that gets fossilized or something...
But hey, you haven't specified where the sounds were originating. Are you sure
that's a critical sounding-sound and not some regular computer-related-sound
kinda sound? If its coming from your case... then its prolly your drive. In said
case, refer to above mentioned procedures to remedy the situation. Also, check
your fans if they've already burned-up. Just a tip... check them, okay and see
if they're still spinning.
And listen, whenever that thing grinds and your not doing anything, I can
guarantee you its Ken snooping around your hard drive after he turn himself into
one yottabyte of nasty and somehow got into your case. After giving him some
major net time... you never know what he's learned.

I actually do think the sound is coming from the fans. About a year ago my RAM
(which I liked calling memory stick for some reason) burned out and I had it
replaced. Ever since then, the computer never really worked that well. And well,
you know, I had that RAM stick for what, several years (maybe 5) and made a
whole bunch of wallpapers, finished or unfinished on the one bit of RAM. Sure it
still groaned a bit, but only when the psd got to about 50mb or if the file had
more than 100 layers.
My RAM I think is probably only 512mb. Or was it even 256mb? Either way, I can't
remember. (EDIT: Yeah it is 512 u_u) I know I have a faster computer speed to
compensate for the lack of RAM. I'm not surprised it's burning out. Or maybe
when I got my RAM replaced, the idiot of a computer guy gave me less than I
originally had...? Blech. I dunno
As for the fans, I'll probably check them out, too. I remember I could only hear
the fans when it was really hot (and by that, room temperature is 28 degrees).
It's been making funny noises even not in summer, but whatdya know,
coincidentally it's summer now I'll
probably take the unit apart and see if there's anything blocking the fans, just
in case. (Just to answer, since I can hear them, then they're probably not
burned out - I can kind of imagine the sound they'd make if they were spinning).
Plus there's air coming out the back :P
Anywho, I'll definitely try to play around with the computer settings and see

I actually do think the sound is coming from the fans. About a year ago my RAM (which I liked calling memory stick for some reason) burned out and I had it replaced. Ever since then, the computer never really worked that well. And well, you know, I had that RAM stick for what, several years (maybe 5) and made a whole bunch of wallpapers, finished or unfinished on the one bit of RAM. Sure it still groaned a bit, but only when the psd got to about 50mb or if the file had more than 100 layers.
My RAM I think is probably only 512mb. Or was it even 256mb? Either way, I can't remember. (EDIT: Yeah it is 512 u_u) I know I have a faster computer speed to compensate for the lack of RAM.
