oh well, i hope this one is work.
First you download the pattern from other site like DA! or something~
Once you've done that,
then go to your image and, select the area that you want to add in for the pattern
then go to Edit > Fill (on new layer) and select this properties:
Click
Choose the patterns that you already download and
click ok and done xD you can also blend it if you want to :3
