The transition from water to sky is off. It's unatural to see clouds suddenly almost on the water. I suggest to make a more natural look. Give the water a horizon, the closer the clouds are to the horizon, the farther (smaller) the clouds should look. You need more depth. Try looking at some stock photos that are similar to your wallpaper. That should help you.

The cliff border should be re-outlined. And if you want to keep the style of the background, I suggest you soften the look of the girl.

The birds that are farthest away from that light source should be darker than the ones that are nearer to it.

The wind like objects that seem nearest to the viewer are too big for the wall (the transparent like things that curve around and make an oval like frame around the character). The wind things - as I like to call them - should be more detailed like the ones in the background. But since it seems like you wanted to make it look like some of the wind is near the viewer, then I suggest to make bigger wind slash things. (Sorry if this paragraph doesn't make much sense.)

What I'm trying to say is the make the wall more detailed. Some abstract brushes would be nice. Adding more of those particle like things would be cool too.

I'm not sure if my advice made much sense or not, but I hope this kind of helps you.

well pretty much all of the coolness comes from the model but thanks to say that I kinda showed that coolness in a good way.
