thanks for the comments on my hikaru no go wall ^-^ will keep those in mind when i re-work it. Many thanks for the link to the scan but the proportions don't seem to fit as well as the screenshot will try and make another version tho' but do let me know if you come across a scan that is more similar to the screen cap. thanks again!

Wow, your userpage is soo cool, I thought I had stumbled on a different site...Don't feel bad about writting such a big comment on my wallpaper, it's what will help me improve and I will take some suggestions into consideration (but I will not make the characters bigger because I wanted a full-body shot :P ). Thank you very much, and I say that about my work because my wallpapers are simple and not high tech and awsome like some other works here...I'm still a beginner..and I have low confidence...but thanks so much

I must agree, Hikaru no Go, was one of the best anime/mangas I've ever seen

i am sorta an organizer, but i'm not familiar with all the anime and manga,

Hm, simple wall and I like that. Still, I'd prefer if Hikaru's name didn't have that outer glow around it. It kinda makes it stand out more than the image itself; the attention isn't really necessary. The stroke is good, but the glow can be dispensed with.
Ah... and this is just personal. I really, really have a thing against that ubiquitous Comic Sans font. I just hate it. I'd suggest using a non-standard comic font (try Blambot for alternatives. Comic Sans is just so everywhere it's annoying.
