You are not claiming that you made the scan
though. That scan is years old. Just because you found it elsewhere & then
put it on AP doesn't mean that Fenafir found it on AP. That has been floating
around the internet for many years.
However, as you pointed out, there are issues with the scan's quality. It has
therefore been deleted.
In future if someone submits that scan again just mention the scan's quality. It'll save on this confusion.
That Chii doujinshi scan was on MiniTokyo years ago, and was deleted during the
No Credit purge. So unless you are saying that you created that scan, and put it
up on AnimePaper approximately 3 years ago then there is no reason to delete it.

Oh, sorry, didn't get a notification, I only
happened to notice your post when I was looking at my userpage. Moderators can
see IP addresses, and maanddeern's was the same as Chiaki's. If it's a
coincidence, then it's very unfortunate, but I've been monitoring Chiaki and her
accounts for a long while now, and I'm quite sure it's not.
As for a userpage layout, you can if you want. I'm really in no rush, it just
seems like a nice thing to have. I already made a post in the request thread and
it has all the details. You and all the other group members seem quite busy
though, it's no big deal, I don't mind waiting at all.
