Quote by kuroimisaLike in the highlighted comment yah, and like brom, I think that this is an excellent example of just (uncompromisingly) going for something you really want to achieve on the canvas. All the things you have chosen were so carefully chosen, and the result is really great!

Hope to see excellent work like this in the future :D

aww, thanks :D

at first when i started the wall, i had half expected it would have trees and the setting would be in an open field, but then the idea kept changing XD

Hmm yeah. I guess it's gotten to the point where it's like "as long as I get my work done, just don't think about others" ... kinda sad. It's because we have no time to help others :\ It's not that we don't care and won't care. It's just... we are too busy finishing what we're doing :S Oh well. Hope it gets better next semester.

Ah. Well our University's not cheaper than the others. The only way it's subsidised is that we (citizens) get a Govt loan for school fees and we pay them later on when we start working and if our income is over a certain amount per year. I'm pretty sure that the prices for all the universities are similar - but obviously the more popular the University is, the higher you pay. I'm sure I'm paying more than those people going to a University further away.
I get what you mean... lower Govt subsidisation sucks. I remember my high school - it's not crap, but you can tell some faculties are really hitting it hard (like the PE one... we rarely got new sport equipment. Guys school was different... they had to pick up our old computer we chuck out to use cuz they spent their money on sporting equipment >_>). Recently they sent me this thing in the mail cuz they're building an examination centre to make studying better for the people and the minimum donation was a whopping $200. Seriously, I'm not even studying there.. geez..

Haha yep true. I got the camera. Happy for me. Then I found out this other girl who studies with me got the same model at like the same time when I bought it :\ Hope she gets a different colour or it'll get confusing...

Yeah that one :) I guess I might wait a bit, huh?

Yeah... the problem with this userpage is that there are so many lines. I tried it without the lines and it looked weird. But then when you put them there the template kind of repeats it across and makes it look out of place. I think I am going to change my userpage soon after new year. The colours are better for my eyes... grey was getting boring :\

And yep, Sydney's pretty large. We have north, south, east and west so it's not just a city... it's really a region :\ The real Sydney "Sydney" City is the city itself - that is the harbour and CBD.

And yeah, sorry again about the late reply. I had to do all sorts of stuff for my parents D:

I agree... too much work really sucks :\. Can't interact with people around you in the uni for some time. It's hard cuz you won't have some people to talk with about school work or even personal lives, hehehe (*whispers* you know what I mean... gossips)! XD well... it'll get better if you don't have much work to do next sem, dun worry! ;)

I see... well, you can also get some scholarship programs to make those fess cheaper, right? And yes, it also applies here. Most exclusive schools here have high tuition fees (at least not high enough like those in the US, UK, or even there). Luckily, they enjoy great facilities and stuff much considering their fees... unlike on some cheap schools here (like mine). ^_^'
Ouch... recycling, huh? Well... it's not really that bad but considering on the primary needs of a usual high school students these days, it really needs more than recycled equipment and stuff. Wow... donations with a minimum amount requirement. I thought donations are voluntary? >_< I also had some similar experiences like that (well... not really school related). Some peepz are knocking on our home wanting some donations. When they gave the mail where the money should be placed, there was some certain amount written to it, gosh... they told us it's the minimum amount we had to give. Weird... x_x

Good for you... now can I have your 35 mm film camera? XD kidding! Wow... what a coaccident, I mean, coincidence! Got the camera on the same day, and the same model? Oooooh...

Yeah yeah... I wanna stare on your avvy til the end of the year, hehehe! X-P

I see... can't all of you do something about that? I mean, I guess there're some more to improve in the MT userpage skin layouts, ne? Hahahah... at least you can change your layout from time to time. Me, haven't even changed for 2 years now! XD XD XD oh well... got hooked on Laruku again anyway. :nya: :nya:

Oh I see... dunno Sydney's that LARGE! ^_^' so what part of Sydney do you live?

Nah... you don't have to say sorry. We all have personal lives to keep, so yeah. ;) you replied, that's what matters...

I'm sorry about the scan. Yet, I have another question. Why is it some scan I submitted which fulfilled the "1,000,000 dimension scan or above" ruling and scans that nobody has yet submitted on could still be deleted? Hope to read your reply later, sorry once again and thank you for reminding because I had forgotten the "no pornographic or something similar" ruling.

P.S. Ready to read your reply anytime. Thanks.

It did clear some questions I've been wondering. Does "character" means the people in the picture? And how do I send the images for you to analyze? If the process is to complicating, I think I will pass, still I hope you would tell me how. Thanks.

Hey!
I have a doubt. You left a really nice comment on my wallpaper |You Belong to Me ~~ My Snow White Queen| that I appreciate a lot. And I remember like it was tomorrow that you (or another mod) put it in the 'elite gallery'. Not many of my wallies receive 'elite galleries' so I remember them with pleasure. But today I looked at my walls trying to delete the really bad ones and also checked my best walies. I noticed that the 'elite gallery' is gone T_T Can you please tell me what happened? I'm 100% sure it received it!

Nope, it probably hit another part of Sydney. I live close to the coast, so we rarely get any hail. The last time we had a major hail storm was 10 years ago. Most of the time when they say hail in Sydney, they really mean the inner areas >_<

PS: I will reply your previous post soon... just a little pressed for time X_X

Lol yeah. I have a feeling Photoshop was just taking too much RAM. I took Ken and Jak's advice and lowered it (it was 50% before, now it's 30%) and it seems to not make so many horrible noises. I think the fan is working since there's air coming out the back. I have enough space too, because well, >30GB free space :P I think I might get more RAM later on though.

Haha yeah. By then we'll all be still young :) It's not too much of a biggie. Enjoy it while it lasts :)

Australian architecture... it's because we're such a mix we don't have our own style. The best we got was the Australian verandah (because of our climate). Murcutt just simply designed these sort of enlongated sheds for living in isolated areas and they were environmentally friendly/ good for the climate. We have no distinctive architecture lol - Sydney just looks like any other city. But we do have some great buildings, of course :)

Yep, same here. We had 2 A1 sheets for our last presentation. It took me like 3 days to draw because of the rendering. Thank God for drafting film!

Well, my philosophy about lecturers asking questions is not to trick you... they just want to understand what you were thinking and what you were trying to do, that's why they asked. There's this guy who asks a lot of questions and I know someone who hates him because of that. But the truth is, he's only asking to see how well you've thought about things... it's not that you're scared you can't answer... you're scared of answering a stupid answer, which will then trigger other questions. Questions aren't really that scary - they just prove how much work you've done :P

Lol artblock. Most of my artblock was because of the damn computer noises. I don't want to fry my RAM card again :\ The first time it did, I was scared because the computer wouldn't turn on >_<

I was planning to just change it back to the Chen Shu Fen avatar I had before lol. I'm planning to alternate between the two. I have a feeling if I don't change my avatar, people won't take me seriously >:\ haha

Owh? You can actually change the precentage of a programme's usage? Hm, never actually heard of that but basically it just takes lesser space in the RAM, is that it? Hmm.. *touches chin* Maybe I should do that with the pc soon. :)

Australian's buildings are mixed? Interesting. It's just that few weeks ago students from the Architecture class were really busy doing research in the lab and the photocopy machine was full of Rococo, Bauhaus texts the words just sip into our brain. But owh, I have to agree that architecture can be very interesting. ^^

Yeap, I do know why they ask those kind of questions but it really pisses me off the fact that they even made the peace sign after that. ~_~ They're really testing our communication skills and how much research we have done on our work, but ahah stage fright got my tongue tied. >.<

Ooh, that Chen Shu Fen avatar. :D Now that you mentioned it I really miss my old Kingdom Hearts avatar. X-O

r q g

Quote by kuroimisa... oh yeah. I forgot about those kinds of people. They work hard to show off their good marks. I nearly forgot they existed ROFL.

Hmmm I don't think we have any State Unis. Well, I go to the University of New South Wales. It's a very good university (one of the best - but then there are only a few that fit into that category) but I don't really know if it's Govt owned or not. I know that since we all pay our fees, the Uni does a good job keeping itself neat. We always have a building under construction each year, too. Yeah, of course :3 I need to get rid of my bad time management >_>

35mm film cameras are nice but you have to buy the film and process it - worse still, you have to scan the photos in if you want them digital. Call me lazy, but I'd rather plug in my camera and get the photos, resize them however I want and print them out. Also with 35mm film, you don't know the result until you get the photos from the photo guy. With a digital one you can check if it's blurry, keep it or delete it. Then you don't have to take the same photo twice.

Well I was just gonna change it back to the Chen Shu Fen one... the only other avatar I've used. Just because I liked it.

Lol well thanks to you both anyway - I've changed the memory settings and it seems a lot better. I'd rather Photoshop be a little slower than having my computer slice itself.

LOL... you, busy almost everyday... of course you won't notice those peepz. And besides, it's just a waste of time to understand them, hehehe! XD

Hmm... unlike grade school and high school, state unis are "almost" free (you still need to pay tuition fees and miscellaneous expenses). If your uni's tuition fee is lower than some regular universities there, I guess it's subsidized by the government. You're lucky you got some good facilities there. T_T our uni only working on the external environment these days (the outer image of the school to be exact). Well... the uni president is making our uni a lil bit "commercialized". I kinda understand him, though... in order to get more budget for the uni (cuz the stupid government's making our budget lower and lower, >=(). Oh well... hehehe! You know, you can start by writing your sched on a pocket notebook. It's a good start... you're already good on saving some money (with regards to your bank accounts, hehehe! I'm not good at saving money, budgeting... I'm better) so I guess you can do it, too! ;)

Got a point... it's not like the digital camera, who you can see the output in a flash. Digital cameras sure come in handy, especially in courses like architecture. Hmm... I guess it's fine if you have both, hehehe! You can have a spare if one is broken. :nya:

Oh... you mean the girl one? It's good, too, but I still like your current avvy, hehehe! I know... just change it when New Year comes?

Hahaha... yeah! Jak already told you this, ne? He's using Photoshop 7 on his Pentium II and it was like AGES before a high quality pic or large pics load. I'm a witness on that, hehehe!

Btw, CooL new page layout. Just a question, though... what's those lines on the uppermost right. You did that on purpose?

r q g

Quote by kuroimisa Well, I changed the memory settings on Photoshop and it seems to work a lot better - or at least, it doesn't sound like my RAM is frying itself so thanks for that :)

Yeah. I have 3.2Ghz though... hence why I thought it could compensate. I might get more RAM after I find an external DVD burner drive. Argh.

Are you making those for a business thing or (yes this sounds stupid) for fun?

Thanks for the help man~

With all that processing power you should back that up with monster RAM. Go for higher-end memory modules so you're sure they'd last and since memory upgrade is practically the cheapest and easiest PC upgrade you can have, its highly recommended.

Yeah, I do graphics now for a living aside from computer repairs. Beats the heck out of making walls and not getting enough credit and attention for it, add to that the fact that I earn quite a good sum from it. I'm looking forward to next year, where I'd be helping to start a line of hiphop apparels. I'm also doing some web design on the side so I'm quite busy. Add to that the fact that I'm gonna be joining a local underground hiphop group... I'm draggin' Ken in this one, too... you can go give him a nice alias if you want....

Hmmm sounds interesting I want to make something fantastic, but I can't find any reason to do so Not to mention after I changed the memory card in my computer, it makes horrible churning noises when I try to do stuff on Photoshop Sigh. I want to go to Uni and do it... but I don't know if I should...

Yeah, it's long, but I'll still be young :P I'd be 22 by then o_o Well with work experience I'd be 23, but life has hardly begun by then Yep, we call our subject ARCHITORTURE !
I don't think he's done any huge buildings, but he's been doing a lot of work with the "Australian vernacular" and modernist stuff combined. And he's been defining Australian Architecture pretty well (our country is just a mishmash) so yeah, he's pretty good. I hope I don't get scared

Oooh visual design! I think I might be doing that next semester with computers. So far all of our presentations are hand drawn XO

Lol but that's what design's all about - they say these things and there's no possible way of having a "perfect" presentation. And the funny thing is that my last presentation, we had the Head of Architecture as a guest (scary, yes!) and he was arguing with this other girl. And you know what he said? "Just smile, nod, and say nothing". >___< LOL!

Yeah, super holidays :P Well I'm starting Uni early because of general education courses (They are compulsory) and I don't have a job so blah. I do want to wall. But not on my computer I've been reduced to only typing and doing really simple Photoshop projects here because I don't want to fry my memory card
Lol thanks for the gallery comment, by the way. Yeah, I know it's kind of rusty and not my usual busybody kind of wallpaper - but I have a feeling a lot of the things I'll submit will be very different to what I did before o_o Well, gotta start somewhere

Owh? Memory card huh? Hm, I get A LOT of problem while I was still using the old desktop. I only have approximately 30 minutes to 1 hours of time to work on the pc before it gets restarted by itself. It sucks. Can't do much photoshopping back then. If I'm not mistaken the fan had something to do with it. Sucked big time. x_x I'm not so sure about churning noises, but if you really want me to guess it might have to do with either the cooling fan inside the CPU or maybe your CPU doesn't have enough memory or there's not much space in your hard disk. ^^ Try checking it out.

Ooh, then you're probably the same as me then. ;) I'm not sure if my diploma will go well. But in case if it does, then I'll continue my degree for another 2 years and I'll be graduating at 23 years old too! Yay~! Lolz, ARCHITORTURE is just right. Then maybe I'll try to come up with something in my course as well. XD

Australian Architecture huh? Come to think of it, I've never been to Australia, so I'm not sure how Australia's buildings look like. But I'm pretty interested in it though, since I have an interest in history. XD Thinks Rococo. X-P

Really? Handrawn presentations huh? We're pretty much doing the same thing as well. And our presentations requires us to have at least 2 A2 and 1 A1 size boards during the presentation. Ugh, the torture. T_T

Yeah, you're right. There's just no such thing as perfect presentation. It seems like they're always trying to pick some minor flaws or ask random questions so they can shoot at us in case we can't answer. I still remember being shot by this English lecturer just because I asked the wrong person during out sculpture presentation. *shakes fist* Ephie needs to brush up her shooting skills, lol. Presentation in our college means "JOO MUST WIN THE LECTURER OR ELSE YOU LOSE". How tense indeed. >_<

New walls coming up, YAY! Is really looking forward to it. ^^ I'm still stuck at the moment. And somehow I can sense that the artblock disease is starting to kick in. :\

ARGH NO! DONT CHANGE THE AVATAR! Ahahha. What kind of avatar are you going to replace that with by the way?

r q g

Quote by kuroimisaYeah, I know it's for recognition, but it's useless in our course anyway :P Before everyone wanted HD averages to get into Honours, but there are no Honours for the new program. I'm happy with just my DN average let alone a HD average @_@ Crazy people.

Hmmm that is quite affordable. At University our lecturer calculated that it was what, $80 an hour for each student just to sit in a lecture!? Crazy. That's why I never wanted to skip them. I eventually had to, though. Too much work, and a day is too short to sit for a lecture.

Lol I have several bank accounts ^_^' I am planning to get the camera but only if it's cheaper, because I will still need a memory stick. If the camera uses any old memory stick, then it'll be much cheaper for me (SONY memory sticks are like $80, but you can get the same thing for less than half the price from another company). I'm waiting to see if there are any more sales. I don't want my dad to buy it for me... he bought me one of those 35mm film cameras a while ago, but I never used it. Why I didn't get a digital camera then? Because I had no USB Hub on my old computer... and now I have this one... it has 5 hubs >_> Sigh.

I think our uni is doing it out of spite. There was the other uni (University of Sydney) - they start later and ended earlier. Now, our uni will start even later than them and earlier than them. I just hope they don't give us the same workload as a 14 week semester - we'd all die.

Lol okay okay >_< I won't change it... yet...

I'll try to fiddle around the settings :) More than likely it's probably because it's hot and the computer's heating up, so the fans go mad. But it's particularly bad when I do stuff like zooming in, even using a brush on Photoshop - then I'm not sure where the sound comes from. Maybe burning the RAM? Perhaps it's the drive as you suggested. Ah well, it'll fix itself :) Thanks~!

Hmm... it's not really the honours I'm referring with. You know some stupid peepz do that just to hear compliments, blah-blah-blah! :hmpf: They just want their ears to bleed just to hear those... YOU'RE GREAT, YOU'RE A GENIUS, YOU'RE COOL! *yuck* THEY SUCKS! Oh yeah, if you really refer them as "crazy", I tell you, they'll die tomorrow. I should be the only crazy freak living in this world! *evil laughs* :nya:

Well... it's at a State Uni, though. Private college and universities usually have a tuition fee of around $500 (Australian local currency) and it may go up higher year by year. $80 for each student just to sit on a lecture? Hmm... can I study there? XD geez... our government here reduces the budget on our uni every year so it's getting harder and harder to have proper facilities. And I'm graduating now yet I haven't even experienced a proper room, >=(. Btw, you can have a proper time management, oh yeah, that won't help much but might still try, ne? It'll still be helpful in the future?

Several bank accounts? Wow... that's proper money saving, hehehe! ;) hmm... so you're just window shopping to see if there're any sales on digicams? I think 35mm film cameras are good. Why not use it? Geez... 5 hubs, hahaha!

Yay! *throws confetti over Kuri* don't change it! >_< I really missed that avvy of yours, hehehe! So much memories... (did I just got sentimental?) X-P

I'm not really the one you should thank with, it's Jak's words... the hell I know about computer hardwares? All I know is to browse and type and chat and dice and slice? XD XD XD

r q g

Quote by Ken Quoted from Jak: "You should get more RAM! X-P Photoshop's using your drive too much. Other possible solutions include setting your scratch disks to another drive where the Windows paging file is located. If your using CS2 or lower, its in Edit > Preferences > Memory and Cache and Edit > Preferences > Performance for CS3. Setting the amount of RAM that Photoshop uses would also help. But if it still grinds after that, then you got yourself a dying drive. Get yourself a couple of SATA drives and if you can afford and if your board supports it, set it up with data striping (2 identical drives needed), that'd surely help a lot.

If symptoms still persist, Ken's probably digging through your hard drives. Probably looking for some things I can't imagine.

Yayyy for Ken and his typo, prolly wet himself while typing out stuff again...

Actually, that's choose scratch disk which Windows isn't using (I know you're using WinXP... I'm kinda psychic y'know... X-P if you don't... then you're lying...heheheh X-P).

~insert sarcasm/humour~
Yet still... GET MORE RAM! If you have 2GB of RAM and your machine's still being whipped to a crawl when using PS like a slave and his master, then get more RAM. No more extra slots? Then get yourself another board... and another processor... and another set of RAM. And prolly another set of drives. That'd set you back a few hundred bucks, but heck, you gotta work on those wallies, projects, homeworks and of course do moddin' stuff, ne... I'm just kiddin'... hit me back if you still got problems.

And if anyone out there thinks there's a better solution than mine, go ahead. Be my guest. At least I won't be alone to screw up your PC. Then again, if you think about it, you can always have Ken b!tch slap me into submission if your machine goes awry. I think that's fair enough retribution, right? Hey don't worry, I got hundreds more broken, busted, corrupted, rundown PCs to work with. One of them is Ken's machine... which is super old. Like bible-stuff old. You know, the kind that gets fossilized or something... :D

But hey, you haven't specified where the sounds were originating. Are you sure that's a critical sounding-sound and not some regular computer-related-sound kinda sound? If its coming from your case... then its prolly your drive. In said case, refer to above mentioned procedures to remedy the situation. Also, check your fans if they've already burned-up. Just a tip... check them, okay and see if they're still spinning.

And listen, whenever that thing grinds and your not doing anything, I can guarantee you its Ken snooping around your hard drive after he turn himself into one yottabyte of nasty and somehow got into your case. After giving him some major net time... you never know what he's learned.

Ahhh... i missed saying these things to you... makes me fell... hmmm... complete... now its ken's turn.

If your fans crank faster when its hotter, you probably have a dynamic fan contoller that spins your blowers faster everytime your PC works harder. Its definitely way hotter inside your case than the outside.

You only have 512mb of RAM? God, I remember when I was still using my old Pentium II 400Mhz that had only 128mb of SDRAM. Photoshop would go on vacation everytime something had to load because it took so long.

But back then I was just making websites and wallies. Now I do tarpaulins, banners and other print media (brochures, shirts, mugs, you name it) where my PSDs reach 1GB or more.

Well, good luck on that machine of yours...

Lol, >__<!

Haha yeah, studying sucks u_u Well, it doesn't because you learn, but it sucks when you have to do sooo much for so little >_< I don't get why people work so super hard... it's meaningless in the end :\

Well, it's affordable here because we have good social welfare. If you don't have a job, you can get paid provided you are looking for a job. I'm a student, and I get paid to study. If I had to pay rent though, I would just barely have money for materials - I wouldn't be able to buy my lunches at the university, or buy other things I need. So it is affordable, but I think it can be better.

Lol true true :3 Well I needed the cash because I wanted to "earn" my first digital camera (blasphemy, I do architecture and I still don't have a digital camera :\ - well only on my phone, but the quality's terrible). I guess I can always save up. Haha remember how I said I was going overseas and said I was saving up? I don't know what happened to the money.. >_>

Thanks! After those two subjects though, I get to be on holiday for another month and a half X-P

Hahaha... I told you, you can do it after you graduate, hehehe! ;)

Hmm... I don't think it's meaningless. I think most peepz work soooo damn hard is because they want recognition. You know society... those who are recognized are the ones who gets the limelight. :( sad but true... well, studying sucks but learning is CooL! :nya:

Yeah... here, education is cheap but with the school projects and all, it's already getting hard. My tuition fee on college is very cheap. If I'll convert it in your local currency, it's only around Aus$10-15. ^_^' it's a state uni so it's really cheap but some of the facilities sucks, though... we can still survive here, hehehe! XD

Hmm... go find it in your bank account (if you have one)? I guess you better ask your dad to buy one for you. After all, it's for educational purposes anyway... :nerd:

X-O another month and a half? Wow... you really need that holidays, hehehe!

Oh yeah... I'll voice out my grievance! DON'T CHANGE YOUR AVVY! IT'S SOOO DAMN CUTE!

And about your question above...

Yup, we've both been away from Mt for several months ^_^' It's kinda good to be back :3

Woo...! I have that kind of thing with a lot of my undone psds... lol, got to find motivation to finish them :\

I'm in uhm, I just finished my 4th semester. 2 more semesters and I graduate! :o But I have to do another 4 semesters after that to qualify to be an architect (it's mandatory to do 5 years' study >_<). Yep! They expect us to spend an extra 48 hours on design outside of class... that's the weekend without eating or sleeping D: We have other subjects too T_T But yeah, I'm glad the holidays are here. I can rewind, and be prepared for next year. We get Glenn Murcutt D: He's apparently Australia's pride because he won the most recent most prestigious international award for architects D: Scary!

Wow! That sounds fun O-O I can imagine that it'd be busy *_* All design subjects tend to be like that.... it's a crime to be creative X-P :nyah:

I see. >_<

Yeah, that's true. I miss MT so much. Too much to cope up with. I'm planning to take part in Vectorness challenge in AP if they announce a new challenge. ;) Is mad because my last wallpaper was meant for the challenge but I was way behind deadline. T_T And not to forget the UA's one colour challenge! Yay!

5 years? That's like taking Degree after your Diploma. That's kinda long. No, wait. That's TORTURE. X-P Glenn Murcutt? Not a familiar name but the buildings he designed, are they nice? To win the most prestigious international architects award is something really worth the proud. o_0

Bahaha, well since I'm still learning the basics, so I'm doing the same thing as Graphic Design for now. But soon I'll learn something slightly different the next semester though, all excited, visual design! XD

I'm not sure with other courses but my lecturers are really demanding with the work we presented. Geez. That's not right, this design looks common, maybe if you modify this, and that... I know creative colleges are like that but argh~! Give me a break..

So you're having your hm... summer holidays, am I right? What's your planning, Misa?

Lol you'll probably graduate on time :)
Noodles lol. *emails them to you* hahaha

Yeah, it's almost 7 days a week because they say that we should be spending "48 hours" OUTSIDE of Uni on just design. That's the entire weekend without sleeping! We go to Uni 5 days a week and we've got other subjects to tackle. By their definition, the only way to pass is to not eat and not sleep D:?!

Haha nope. Living here used to be affordable. Now it's not. It's gotten to the point that it's impossible to buy your own home :\ Inflation is so bad that back when milk was like $2, it's now nearly $4.

Well I decided to not take the job because my friend disappeared on me ~_~ I'm assuming the job got taken and he's in hiding because he made me make a resume and everything. Not that I mind - I don't really need a job, and I needed a mock resume anyway for the future.

I'll be going to uni early in mid-January to do some general subjects. It's compulsory that we do 4 random subjects before we graduate. If we don't, we can't graduate until we do. It's gonna be a looong summer >_<

I really do hope so... making a feasibility study is really a hard job to do. XD
Already emailed? Err... just ship it here, I'll give you my address, hahaha!

Ouch... well, I might be experiencing that, too, because of the feasibility study. In fact, our section's already late for 1 whole month in making it cuz we haven't seen our instructor for that whole month! XD
Hahahah... geez, I'd rather fail than not to eat and sleep! x_x

Hmm... in my opinion, it's still affordable to live there. Here... you won't experience to live in luxury if you don't have the cash. Unlike Australia, Philippines is not that big in terms of the economy.

Hahaha... now that's what I call "Runaway Friend"! XD don't really need a job? But I thought you want to earn cash? o_0 oh well... I'm having a part-time job now but it may not take long, hehehe!

Geez... now that's a short vacation... well, just good luck on those subjects! ;)

Quote by kuroimisaHi Ephie :D *Waves*

It's okay! I'm pretty late at replying lol... in the mornings I have to put out the washing, boil water, make tea, boil the rice and soup and hopefully comment on Mt ... all in 40 minutes! Hahahaha anyway that was random, but the point is, everyone's got their own life outside the internet square ;)

Yay! I can't wait to see your next photoshop work :D

Hmmm I've been lazy X-P Yep, you're totally right about the models and stuff. This semester we didn't make many models though, it was mostly the drawing that took me a long time. I think after a while when you get your models and cutting accurate it doesn't take too long. But the drawings... oh God. The fact I had to use colour as well to make it look nice took forever *_*

What are you doing at college, Ephie?

Misa~ *beams*

Woo, that sounds like you're really busy and rushing. But why 40 minutes? Ahaha, I don't mind late replies. :) That applies to me as well. Yeah... everyone is busy with their lives, no arguement there. Don't even have the time to even log into MT for like... how many months. >.<

I already have the scan cleaned and editted, I just the need the motivation to turn it into a wallpaper. It's been lying in the pendrive for nearly a year X-P

Owh? Which semester are you in by the way? I have a housemate who's taking architecture, but he's only in the first semester though so I can see just how busy and frustrated he gets whenever it comes to making models and very very frustrating drawings. You can find most of our college's 'craziest' students either in architecture or interior design. x_x So I can pretty much relate how you feel. :)

I'm taking diploma in animation and multimedia design. Just finished my second semester though. And I barely went out alive, with all those pressure and assignments to work with. By the time I start my third semester I'm officialy a dead man. ~_~

Quote by kuroimisaWatercolours tend to be so messy, but you controlled it so well in this D: What paper did you use? Or was that the liquid film masking? Wow!

hello~ Thanks for the comment ^.^ I used Canson drawing paper (it's not that good as watercolours paper, but it's okey). The liquid film masking is awesome for those whites I left. Besides that, you need a lot of patience... I used to hate watercolours XD
I want to make a tutorial, but it's not finished yet http://hybrid-hallow.livejournal.com/75574.html
