Quote by bromithiaHope ya have a Merry
Christmas and a Happy New Year, jonny!
And I shall be wishing yee a ditto. Hope (you've had/are having) a bountiful
Christmas and next year is better than the last......(being this one.....which
was kinda boring )
Quote by bromithiaI like this because
it seems like you put a bunch of effort into it. However, when working with a
scan like this, you need to use more than a blurring method for cleaning it, as
the noise is still clearly apparent. If you painted around the edges and on the
scan as a whole, then I'm sure it would turn out a lot nicer. You should check
out some of Paint-o-rama's tutorials and what not, they have a few on there that
could possibly help you out. Adding more to the background, particularly on the
right side, could also help balance the wallpaper out. Good luck if you plan on
continuing to work with this in the future.
I think what I'm gonna do is see if I can get a better quality scan by scanning
it myself (with the help of my boyfriend) since I own the artbook that has the
image.
I've never painted over an image and so I'm kinda scared to, but thank you for
the suggestion! ^_^
Quote by bromithiaI like the background
and coloring job. I just wish you would've made the lines a little less messy
compared to the original. Ah well, keep it up!
thanks ya! maybe ill submit another work with those scans series and ill try to
do it less messy this time ^_^

Thanks for the comment on Why oh why! I did think about a more complicated
layout, like an actual scene or something. But in the end, I kind of failed
doing that, so went with the clean look. ^^"
Quote by bromithiaI really like how
much effort was put into the line art and everything. It takes a lot of
patience. Seriously! Keep up
the good work.
This didn't take all my patience, but Yuki's plaid tunic sure did. Thank you
for your comment!
Quote by bromithiaI like how you
vectored it from such a small image. Seriously, outstanding job. Maybe if you
made the lines thicker, it would give the wallpaper a better feel? Maybe it's
just me. Great work anyways, though.
Thank you for the comment, I appreciate it!
About the thin outlines, I thought that if I blurred them (I did that to make
them look softer), they would have looked very thick and distracting. At one
point I wanted to leave the outlines out completely but it looked bad
Anyway, thank you again for the feedback! Hope you
have an awesome day!
Quote by bromithiaOh man, the title of
this wallpaper reminded me of that awful "Black Sheep" movie.
Can't believe I watched that.

Wow, that looks bad. And yet I have a strange compulsion to watch it now. Must resist...
Quote by bromithiaAnyways, the vector
looks awesome! The coloring job looks really well done, and I like the textures
used on the gate, as well. Great work!

imo, the best thing a waller can hear is that their work is actually being used rather than simply being looked at. im happy u liked my wall ;3

Hey! Thanks! Happy belated Thanksgiving! I was at my grandfathers during Thanksgiving week. Rather boring, but I did get some college work done.
