Hey there ! Great to hear from you.
Thanks for the comment and fav on my drawing!
How're you doing lately? I watched some of you last animations, looks like you're trying your hands on 3d progs? Always fun to see the new stuff you create :)

Quote by harakiriWow, that is really great. I love her detailed armour (or is it body painting?) and the shiny colouring really is appropriate for a "sunny" scene like this. Looks like painting golden armors has really paid off because that technique can also be used in works like this.

haha, Yeah Paul you're quite right!

I am not very happy with the BG, bu I think it works ok! And the shinning really had something to do with this, about her 'armor' hehe, I dunno if it could be body painting or her own skin, so I let it up to you to think what you want ;)

thanks for the comments and orry for not responding faster!

See ya and have a great upcoming weekend!

I suppose Marcs is a fashion label? Well, since I am not familiar with fashion labels I don't know Marcs. I just made up a random vest xD
Ah, and thanks for the compliment <3

Oh, you don't know? Maybe it's because they don't stock it where you live. (Or maybe you're a guy, and don't shop enough. Heheh.) Marcs is the more affordable line Marc Jacobs (designer) puts out. I have the Marcs Baby Doll vest :) which the more girly than the standard Marcs stuff.

I'm sure you've heard of Marc Jabobs (He is a genius) - he does Louis Vutton and has his own line too.

I think you should design clothes harakiri :)

danke fuers feedback :3
aber man sieht den boden des oberen stockwerks doch nicht.. o__o oder was meinst du? meinst du dieses braune etwas? das ist holz, also eine holzleiste, die man schon aus der perspektive sehen kann. ich habe beim colorieren aber ein paar sachen vergessen und falsch gemacht, oh man, jetzt fallen mir ueberall fehler auf, werde ich aber noch behandeln xDD;;

Jetzt weiss ich, was du meinst xDD
nein, das braune etwas ist ein hoelzener balken und das gelbe darunter ist die WAND und nicht der fussboden, der boden ist grau, das erkennt man auch am unteren geschoss.
gelb und gruen ist die wand und grau ist der fussboden.
vielleicht sollte ich ein erklaehrungsbild mit in die beschreibung reinpacken xDD;;

Quote by tian82Nice and cool artwork. I like the big hand, look so real and perfect. Awesome work.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I am glad that you find the hand realistic because I had some problem figuring out how a water hand would look like.

You are welcome. Actually, I really like all of your artwork that look like so real and some of it even it look like 3D, very nice and you are very talented. Keeping up more good work.

r q g

Quote by harakiriBeautiful design and atmosphere. I love the sketchy lines that you used to create shadows. The hair is nice as well.

Thanks for the feedback harakiri - I was just trying to be a little realistic this time. (haha) I know it wasn't that realistic.

Well, it is okay that you did not type in German because the official language on MT is English. Somehow my German friends do not seem to get it xDD
I am really glad that you like the theme of the artwork. Actually the theme is vertigo but you can interprete verious things into it. Everyone associates something else with fear.
Thank you very much for your feedback.

Congrats for the HL harakiri! :D Your works deserves to be there. I did get the feeling that the girl was in some sort of a dizziness state or confusion. If I was in a situation like her, I would be scaried, so I can see why many people would associate it with some kind of fear. XD

Keep it up and I am looking forward to more of your works. ;)

Quote by harakiriI really love your line arts and the colorings are even better. You did a splendid job on the lighting - especially on his t-shirt and her hair.
But I think there is one possibility to improve the composition; I would place them a bit more on the left side because the picture is somehow too "heavy" on the right side. Other than that it is really a wonderful work.

aaa you're right , I didn't notice it was kinda unbalanced until I saw it from the thumb xD;
thank you lots for the comment ~! :3

Quote by harakiriI really love the textures on your works. It makes them look more like painted.
The motive is very nice as well - I like the strange clothing xD

jaaa, ich habe ein vorlieben fuer komische klamotten xDD
anyway, danke fuer deinen kommi und fave :3

Quote by harakiriYuck, a cockroach - I am so glad that they don't live here but I once saw some on my holiday trip to Spain.

As for the drawing, it is amazing. It is refreshing to see something gloomy like this from you. You managed to create a "run down factory" atmosphere very well and there are so many nice details in the picture. I also like the extreme contrast between the dark surroundings and the pale white face of the girl.

Hahah! XD Back at my family's home island, we have huge flying cockroachs. XD So don't go to Puerto Rico, if you are planning a vacation. ;)

I really enjoy reading your comment on my latest artwork and I thank you so much for taking your time to look at the details. :) I really appericate it deeply. :)

Please take care Harakiri. ;)

Quote by harakiriDoes it have any meaning that the image is three years old? Did you draw it when you started going to university or did you go on a five years term (university takes four to five years here)?

Well, it´s a bit simple in comparison to your other detailed works but how they say it on MT? "Simple but nice" ^^

oh.. well, placing time would just mean that I have nothing new to show, unforunatelly ... this is getting serious... I thought that maybe playing FFXII would make some ideas pop from my head, but it haven`t so far...

Thanks for the comparison, and indeed is a quite simple drawing actually... I made it i my job onde, I had nothing to do... that was so frequent in my past jobs.... I did It around the second year in uni.. The majority of Uni courses around take 4 years... law and medicine are the winners of time.. with 5 fo law and 6-7 for medicine...

Anyway, thanks, and have a great week!

Quote by annakeeexcelsus! the ambience is totally cool! the romantic SF... i have the feeling of be seeing some Isaac Asimov or Osamu Tezuka (the japanese Asimov) work ^_^
yay! thanks for the share. this is really cool for me. my super fav.

Thank you for your feedback.
Who is Asimov? A Russian SF director?

russian of born. he was a writer. sure you know some of his books made movie (i robot; the bicentennial man... )
he was who invented the word "robotics"... so, you can imagine the magnitude of his work not only in the circles of SF ^^
mmm.. you are german, right? take a look at this.
and dont worry for the feedback. truly, your work is really good.
take care yourself ^^

Quote by harakiriThat's really beautiful. Especially the detailed hair is nice and the lips too.
I am sorry that I couldn't comment earlier but my internet connection was broken.

Oh no, that`s fine harakiri, you dont need to to say that .__.' I`m glad you liked the lips. <33 nana characters all have pretty lips - that's why I like them so much ha-ha.

Take care darling <3 Hugs.

harakiri, I just wanted you to know that I've posted something nice for you on the Doujinshi-Support-Club about your Seelenschatten (translated: soul shadows) movie.... and please please do drop by the guestbook to promote it or whatever! Now I'm thinking.... When is the premiere? Where? Are you selling popcorn, or, erm, pineapple juice? lol, anyway, I'm just saying that I'm seriously 101 percento promotional support for your really really avant-garde project... ^^^ I hope to hear from you soon at the DSC!

Oooh, wow, I'm all fired up, and failing my other commitments both offline and online.... hey, I volunteer to make a Minitokyo review of your Seelenschatten film! And maybe coax other people to do the same! Ummm, you think it's ok? If it's ok with you, then I'll ask the MT mods... but of course, I'm optimistic that they'll agree, since indy anime is still anime, ne ne ne? ^^^^^^^ If not, I better prepare a loongish cruel thesis (no pun intended to Evangelion!) to argue for the case!

T_T ... I respect your decision to leave the group, but anyway, 'just letting you know that I'm still behind any indy art/doujinshi-related project, ok? Byes!

r q g

Quote by harakiriI can see the place where you ran it over with the chair xD
I love your pencil sketches - they are always so polished / perfectly executed.

Hello harakiri! <33 I haven't posted in your gb in aaaggggges. YES i know! It's so obvious :( but oh well i don't really care much about my drawings anyways. Thanks for your nice comment + fave - I don't deserve it from you!

<3 3333 hugggs&fatkiss for hara <3

Quote by harakiriYour current work is just crazy and leaves me breathless. Your sense for details is awesome. I can't wait for it being finished.

Thank you for always supporting my works. The animation movie will be available for download on October 23rd.

Haha thanks, I cant wait either since that picture has been following me for almost 2 years lol.
Anyway those are some good news about your animation project, I cant even imagine the organisation it takes to achieve something like this. Btw, are you doing the dub by yourself? The one for Talking Meal was really funny xD

r q g

I wanted you to think about a cliche like this before viewing. That way I could increase the surprise-effect.
Thanks very much for your comment, Leandro.

Have a nice day.

AHAHAHA Cool, I guess you did it well then! I was thinking... Well, Paul doesn't do that stuff very often .. like, cute little angel girls, staring at nothingness holding themselves...

ANyway, another compliment about your work! Congrats, it's very cool ... I am thinking of placing it in my wallpaper in the place of the eva one that I have there today...

See ya and have a great weekend!
