I made the snow by blurring them, and then I blurred several circles to give a
bright effect. Brushing and then blurring also works, but I like circles. <3

Well, I was planning on doing either a Carnelian or a Tsubasa Chronicle one,

enroll in college soon and that means I have go back to evil school, and since

before but now I can't live without it >:D It's very handy in adjusting
outlines to how you want them.
And you're also right about me going from big to small. Like the First Snow
wall. Originally the vector was 5056x3619 pixels. Even at that size the outlines
were thin, so you can imagine how thin they looked scaled down to 1600x1200.
My typical vector routine is to resize an image to 5000 pixels. Then I zoom in
to 300% to outline and place the anchor points as close as possible (sometimes
that can be too thin though).
