Yes...perhaps we'd have fewer deaths if we were forced to show proof of knowing
how to operate a gun. I doubt many criminals would have this sort of thing and
their buying a gun may be reduced (or not...there's the black market )
Either way, I think this type of thing would limit who can and who can't buy a
gun. Most likely, those who do are less likely to use their skills to go shoot
someone, but rather protect themselves. Thanks again and have a nice day ^-^
