Actually... both . Are you familiar with Inkscape? Adobe Illustrator actually had the same
function.... turning stroke outline into fill path! It's
very convenient.. and saves me a lot of times!

Hmmm... if you don't have Illustrator, you can always use Inkscape. Actually, I
tried Inkscape before.. but I couldn't figure how to use it . So,
I gave up after 10 times. I do know that they can change stroke path to fill one
coz I found one tutorial at DeviantArt.. but sadly, I'm pretty stupid when it
comes to something I'm not used too So in
the end.. I just uninstall them, and play around with Illustrator and found the
method I used right now..

Its alright, even I pointed that out to myself, but I can't believe I even
forgot about adjusting it at all. I guess that's what I guess for being a lazy
vectorer nowadays.
I mean I overwritten the file so its pernamently will stay like that unless I
reconstruct the whole wings again which was like a pain-in-the-butt. Though
