I played 2 from the 3 games that appeared

Um, I'm not sure about Pinwheel effect, but I do know how to make curvy text. When using the text tool, in the toolbar at the top, under "Create as:", select "Vector". Then click somewhere on the image and write out your text and Apply. You'll notice that the text is created as a vector object (with an A next to it on the layer palette) on a vector layer. Now choose the pen tool, and create a curve with it, you don't have to close the shape or anything. in your palette layer, you'll see a vector shape called "New Shape" above your text object on your vector layer. Select both the text object and the vector shape (hold down shift and click on both), then right-click, and select "Fit Text to Path". You'll see that the text is now hugging the curve you made. You can manipulate the curve to change how the text is. And if you only want the text to be showing, and not the curve, you can hide the curve vector shape (but don't delete it, 'cause then your text will just go back to normal).

oh, I just realised, if you're using PSP8, there's a really cool demo thing teaching you how to make curved text. Just find the topic "Aligning and Spacing Text on Object Paths" in the help menu, and there's a movie button next to it. It probably explains things better than I can (it also does it in a different/alternative way)
