thanks for all the comments! i'm not exactly writing a story - its kinda just in my head - i really suck at story telling. I did start trying to draw a manga of it but i stopped after 2 draft chapters and gave up - im way too slow :P ----maybe one day.....

About the chess pieces.. i don't know how to name them in english.. i'm from Argentina and i talk in spanish.. but i could tell you that the one in the front is a horse hahahaha. The picture at the back is a brush called Darkplaces... are only a few of old bouildings filled with black colour..
The sun and the moon wants to represent the two Syaorans.. the fake one was the moon, and the real, the sun.. the good, and the devil.. the dar and the light.. this kind of things

Thanks Shkira! Actually I made this to take a little break from sketching, so there was no pre sketch at all. I just kept painting over and over until I was satisfied xD Since I'm new at colours I just tried out a lot of things, so I'm glad to hear you liked it
