Thanksu~ :3 Yeah, outline-less vectors definitely has a nice different look. In this case it wasn't really consciously planned on my part though, seeing as the scan didn't have outlines... pretty much just traced the shapes as is x3;

the final design looks very appealing, I really dont know how the actual scan looks like but I'm guessing you improved a little bit the colors and stuff ( i hope), my suggestion it's to actually do that better, improve more the quality so nobody needs to say that there's unclean lines or ugly outlines, you can do it by well extracting the images with more accuracy or you can always do the old trick of copy layer, smart blur on it, overlay mode, less opacity, and there you have a cleaner scan.

The square part is just the way his shirt overlaps his pants. But yeah, I can see how it sort of looks odd though. Thanks for the critique and comment
