No bigger than that...
If you wanna add an avatar to your name, go to the control panel, look for
personal options.
Under there, you can find a section on the top that says "avatar"
You gotta browse the avatar from your files in your computer
If you don't have an avatar, you can request one or make one on your own.
But I would recomment requesting instead.
