You know, it always seems that people don't like their own artwork :P I don't
like mine, you don't like yours, even when other people seem to like it. I think
a lot of us artists are very self-critical.

Your right. In most of the works description they wrote "I know it looks
strange" etc. I always thought "why are they writing this? so
annoying" cause I couldn't understand them. But know, after starting
vectoring I can understand them and I am happy when they wrote they like them or
fav them. What I really hate are members just looking at the thumb and wrote
"nice" even when they don't look at them.

I'm dying to know Hm, my uncle had it, maybe I'll get a chance to try it on his
comp.
So that's why you started vectoring. I think we all start kind of like that. We
just start doing it for the heck of it and then end up doing it again and again
:P
And I'm really happy right now! Do you remember when I had an ad on my site for
a wallpaper contest? Well even if you don't, I actually won (and I got a
tablet!) so I'm so happy about that! Sorry but I'm just telling everyone I know
right now :P

NYaa, I am from Germany
and we always got our report cards around june/juli and january/february.
Normally I am at grade 13 and should get my A-levels (I think its same) in April
2008. However because of some problems, I didn't take the grade 13. So I just
have vocational diploma. That's why my school was seemingly overstrained.
Nyaa I never put my hand up in class. Not because I didn't know the answer (In
most cases I know them and I thought "why are they all so stupid? why don't
they know the answer. It is sooo easy" Now, I know I was the stupid one
since I don't put my hands up in class.) I also regret it now but I wouldn't
change afterall. I think I will always be the same.. And I really hate it

ôo My parents tried everything to get my hand up. Thay said

Wow, this is lovely! I especially love the colours you used here The
extraction doesn't look as good as the last few times though
Also, in the center there seems to be a bit too many of those flower brushes on
top of each other, it seems a bit cluttered. Maybe you can lessen it?

Thanks for the suggestions but you see...the picture of Kira and Lacus here are
not vectored so it was hard for me to extract a rasterize picture ....... unless you would vector it for me ........and
about those flower brushes on top of each other that seems to be
cluttered.....the reason for that was the picture of Kira and Lacus were cut on
the side so I have to cover it

Hm, why did I start making vectors? Well at first I had no clue what they were.
I would see them and thought they just looked like paint-y versions of scans.
Later I got Photoshop, and then I discovered what vectoring could do. That
caught my interest ("I can turn my fave screenshots and little pics into
high quality scans?!") So I read a tutorial, tried, it, practiced, and got
addicted

Yehaa, I will be busy the next days since I finally got my report card (I waited
5 weeks, my school really sucks) and now I have to show it to several people
since I finshed school know. I don't want to show them my report card, It is
personal I think and it gaves me a strange feeling to show it to unknown
persons. And I hate it when they want to talk about my marks. I know I am not a
good pupil (okay, Iam a good pupil if I wish (apart from spanish and maths), but
I was too lazy and I hate to cooperate in the lessons. I am too shy to say
something =D That why my marks are bad, although I wrote good exams) and thay
always aks why do you got a E in spanish. Please talk some spanish. Although I
had to learn spanish two years in school, I just can say "que tal?". I
am really not good in languages. Enough from
school..
Maybe I get a chance to test Illustrator soon, since a friend of mine own it.
But she is always busy and I rarely see her. I hope I can install it on my pc,
since it even had problem to install ps cs3 ôo

one. (It is the one with sakura I submitted, the vector with the green butterfly
in the hair) I really hate making it. But I didn't stopped since I wanted to
make a layout with yuuko so I vector the next scan and I always found another
reason not to stop.

Now to the vector. First off I am really surprised how well you extended her
hair. I've done some hard extansions before but I know this one would have
killed me Well done, nice job on extending the dress too
One thing I see is on the right arm of Lacus, the shading looks very angular, I
think you may have forgot to curve it there. And her skin colour is off but you
already know that, it's not your fault.
When I saw this I was hoping it was yours because I didn't want someone to beat
you to it. Sorry it took me so long to see it, my hiatus is finally kicking in
:P
