u know for my first vector i also used the brush tool (so as for the 2d) but
then g9 (moonescape) told me about the oen tool and i discovered an amazing
world of vectoring !
u did a great job with the brush tool! and i love how u did the eyes!
now u have to learn to use the pen tool it's so
easy that i learnt to use it without any tutorials or smth... just use alt to
make the angles as smotth as u want and vectoring will be a pleasure for you!

I didn't use the brush tool. I used only pen tool and gradient tool. ^^ and I
also recently discovered how to use Gradient Mesh tool so I can make smoother
colorings, but I didn't use that in this one since it wasn't needed.
(I'm using Illustrator CS instead of Photoshop, and it's purely vector graphics
instead of PS's rasters, so it doesn't have a "brush" tool in the same
sense, per se, bit rather the brush and pencil paints strokes instead. I use it
because using photoshop makes me too tempted to just paint the entire thing with
brush instead of vectoring... and also it's a better vector tool (also so
expensive! but I got it as a gift. yay))

or is it like ctrl+c in illustrator...? hrm... *still planning on trying later
anyway*
sometimes I wonder if it's because I think too much about the technical aspects

i always dreamt to play chopin's valse n7 op64 n2 but when i was studiyng at
musical school... too long to tell
well i finished my musical school 2 years ago, then i started downloading music
from the web (some like alicia keys) but this summer i finally decided to learn
smth BIG on my own so i downloaded my fave valse sheets and learned 2 partsof 3
for 1 week! now i have to find the third part somewhere (i tihnk i know where)
and life will be great
i also downloaded sailor music sheets (i mean sailor moon of course) so now i
just have to go somewhere to print them
and u know i adore ... (shit i can't find the word in the dictionnary - wheni
have a song/music in my memory and then i go to the piano and start playing it -
that's how i play a lot of songs)
and for the guitar... my sister bought a guitar in america (when she was
studying there for a year) and learnt to play it and then she came back here and
tought me
but i can't say that i'm a pro at it but anyways i luv doing it
oh btw, how's michiru vector going? can't wait to see it! must be
soooooooooooooo beautiful!
