Whoa! O_o Holy crap! I can't believe that you can extract so well. This is
definately one big step to making better wallpapers I know for sure. Of course
this won't be deleted for sure. I mean
look at that extraction, it doesn't even look like you used a wand tool at all.
Even though the background is random, especially those decorationg with the
swirls I saw like Ash-chan pointed out. I
think the person was odd how he/she is there, but anyways even there are flaws
to the background that doesn't mean it'll be deleted since I can definately tell
there's effort in here.
Submit it because it will be accepted (plus I'll fave it)!

First of all, did you extract my vector yourself? The extraction is flawless!
Hm, let's see, the swirls are nice but they're a bit blurry, from making the
brush bigger. You could fix it with bigger brushes but if you don't have any
then I guess leave it.
In the top left corner, uner the brushes and textures, I see a picture of a
person? Maybe? It doesn't have anything to do with the wall so you should
probably take that out.
Otherwise I don't have many suggestions (I'm not the best waller )
and it looks pretty, so good luck with it!

This wallpaper that I made got deleted-http://img205.imageshack.us/img205/7756/invokemi8.jpg
because according to the additional information that I got from the deletion
notification (*something like that*) they deleted it because of the poor scan
quality....so how can I improve it....?

do you think about it? Is it okay to submit in the minitokyo gallery?
I'm not sure about the M.T.Revolution, but the mods should remember that the
quality of the scans or screencaps don't count anymore since the rules states
that it has to have efforts and that's
all. I'll be looking up the rules for the wallpapers again then.
I'm not very sure about this one too. I do love the extraction of the Kira &
Lacus, there was definately more improvement there. I hope
to see more extractions like that. Though this will definately not be posted in
MT since it'll automaticlly deleted due to the art belongs to Kan-chan which will be
considered as ripping without kan-chan's permission.
I'm not sure, but the background so lack effort since they're from the place
where you go it. Might I add do some more extractions like making a scenery of
outside on the fields or a starry night background. Painting will definately let
this be kept in the gallery since painting is 100% effort if you painted
everything except for Kira & Lacus here. Not sure
what to say, but good luck.

As for this first I'd say ask Kan-chan first. If she doesn't reply soon or she's
dead then just credit her for that doujinshi she made.
I think extraction needs a little work, but if you're background is good enough
it can give you the advantage of people caring less about the minor extraction
flaws.
I think the background of abstract was quite odd. Might I'd say maybe you should
try decorations such as these. I'm not sure if
you'd like it or have seen it before, but it does come handy. =D All you do is
either multiply or screen.
multiply - To get rid of the black silhouette
screen - To get rid of the white silhouette
I think I got this wrong so it maybe it's the otehr way around.
Try it out if you haven't. I recommend. I was
wondering what photoshop do you have? CS? or under CS?
I think pretty much the feathers seem quite decent here since they don't bother
me. =D Last is the lighting is quite bright and the screencap you added in the
light is just distracting. It isn't needed since you're main focus is the Kira
& Lacus you already have.

Hey, sorry for the late reply. About the explain... umm... do you have WinRAR in
your computer? It looks like 3 books stacked together. You need it to open the
file that you downloaded from me and extract the file the is in the winRAR. Once
you' ve finish the extraction then you can use photoshop to open the files that
you extracted out. Once you use photoshop to open it, you can follow the
instructions that are suppose to be given in the file after you opened it.
Follow it, then you should be able to make a lovely background for your
userpage. Anyway, your wallpaper needs alot more improvements. Keep it up.

The outlines for Lacus wasn't needed because it shows only the areas of when you
extracted made it quite edge at some areas.
The leaves for the trees have been used repeatedly since it is in the photoshop.
Though the pink and darker pink must've made it looked flat. Try
extracting from other scans of leaves like this. Though extraction I
think can be a main key to a better wallpaper. My advice is practice extracting
vectors because they're very useful. :3 That's why we have a vector art section
for scans that just look so crappy and definately needs cleaning for sake or
others or just because we want to. >:D
I think that's all and the mist went well because it wasn't too light or heavy
since there's some sunlight it makes it more understanding.

As for the wallpaper I think it's quite ruined with the screencaps. Some of them
are from other vectors and one of them is from me. You might need to credit if
you used them. Use some other screencaps to replace those odd ones.
As for those pink shadows near Lacus I think you need to get rid of that because
the background is a sky and the shadows need to be on the ground.
The lighting effects for the sun look odd so I think you need to use filter >
lens flare and that should do the trick.
