It's pretty easy to detect if it's a vector if you open photoshop (even if you don't know how to use it~ ) and give the image a big zoom~ like 700%... if you don't see any grainy dots, like "Noise", then it's most likely a vector. o_o
I agree, it's a dangerous game, isn't it~
That's one of the reasons I don't like saving images from those random sites, who knows where they might have come from~ O.o

Para comecar, nao tem de que pelas dicas! So me estou lembrando de algumas tags em que voce faz essa alteracao, nomeadamente "img", "br" e "hr". Tirando essas, e eventualmente alguma outra que nao tenha closing tag, voce continua a fazer como fazia.

Hmm, do you mean like, to submit them on MT or to use them in a wallpaper like scan? o_o
Well, for the clearness of the lines and the uniformity on the colors I'm pretty sure both are vectors... so yeah, that would mean that probabily someone took the work of vectoring then, so I don't think it's a good idea to submit them on MT... o_o
As for using on a wallpaper, (omg, you're making a wallpaper? I wanna see! ) some people use vectors without knowing or crediting the ones who made it, but I personally don't like to do that, and besides, it's risky too, if you get what I mean... :p

Um dos objectivos para o futuro da internet, eh descontinuar o HTML, e fazer com que todo o mundo passe a utilizar XHTML (eXtensible HTML). Ora, o XHTML eh praticamente igual ao HTML, mas segue um conjunto de normas mais rigidas, e uma delas diz que, sempre que voce usa uma tag que so aparece uma vez, e que nao necessita ser fechada (Exemplo, com a tag para fazer negrito, voce precisa de fechar: <b></b>. Mas para fazer um line break, voce faz apenas <br>, nao existe </br> para fechar.) como eh o caso do <br>, voce escreve da seguinte forma:

<br /> em vez de <br>

Outro exemplo eh por exemplo a tag img:

Em vez de fazer: <img src="imagem.jpg">
Voce deve fazer: <img src="imagem.jpg" />

Por enquanto nao eh obrigatorio fazer isto, mas mais vale ir se acostumando, e fica mais correcto o seu codigo
