you can only post wallpapers that youve made and you can post wallpapers that
you havent made but you have to post it as a scan an how you can post wallpapers
is by going through the control panel and clicking on submit wallpaper or scan
or indy art and to get a background you go through control panel and clicking on
minitokyo options or something i cant quite remember but anyways its also
important to some credits because i think it requires that you have a certain
number of credits to submit a wallpaper and downloading a scan or wallpaper or
indy art i hope this answers your question
