Photoshop 7, let's see: File> save for web, see options and qualit topics, it
is opened in photoshop but it works with Imageready (this way

After you select the file type and type in the file name to save, there should
be a new prompt window where you can adjust the image quality of the jpeg. I
always just put it at maximum, but if you can play with the settings and see
which quality level gives you the best image for a reasonable file size.
