i just use the pen tool if i extract but people use different tools but from experience the magic wand tool does make an extracted image look a bit messy in some areas

i use photoshop 7 to vector and do all my walls thats the only program i use so all my outlines are done in photoshop

the thing with my outlines is that i vector the image two times the size then once im finished i shrink it

im sure you will make them wonderfully
