Also provide a link to the scan (to credit it) and just in case if the
category's wrong we can move both of them together
But in the case of a cat boy, yes I think you should put it in Unknown

Well, I never met or talked to a Japanese boy, so I dunno if they can get silly

they have a serious self-confidence problem, so even if they can speak English,
they prefer not to for fear of embarrassing themselves [go figure]. If you come
to Osaka or any city around it [Kyoto, Kobe, Nara...], maybe I can show you
around
As for the cute Japanese boy picture... um... I have a photo of my and my

I used the old PSD, what I did was the base color of the blue and purple I
removed those. I then started 3 layers, one lighten, one soft blur or soft
light, one of color blending.
I then blended in different colors for each different layer.
To make best effects, I use the soft brush of around 200 px to clean brush
certain parts, keeping in mind the volume of strength should be around 50%, add
and minus with eraser tool whenever necessary.
Then, I merged all layers. excluding the layers of colors, I replicated and use
more layers. At the end, if you can spare time to look over 80 layers, you
should merge them and make a perfect pattern, use the colors to your
advantage.

About the brushes, well, I got then on deviantart, if you wan't to take a look
try the words like "swrils" and "fractal" brushes, I guess
you can find by this way. I'll take a look if I can find them in my brushes
folder, I need to load the brushes again cause I formated my pc. If I find them
I'll let you know and maybe send them by e-mail.
I made two new wallpapers but I still fixing some issues in one of them with a
help of a friend and the other eternallegend made a wallpaper with the same scan
first, so I gues I'll take some time to submit it ^^"
