My english is not that good but i will try to translate it the announcement for
you. And you can ask to translate anything that you don't understand, ok?
The announcement says that it will be a contest for a new banner for the group,
since the one that already exist is getting old. everybody can participate. If
you can and if you want you can try it! It
would be anything you want ( as a theme ), any style you like as long as it has
the name of the group on it ( 'Pantheon' ) and you name of course. The size or
resolution of the new banner must be the same as old banner's are. There isn't a
dead line to it. When we are able to gather some works then there will be a
poll, for members to be able to choose which banner is better for the
group.
I hope my English doesn't give you hard times!

thought as it is I'm actually a graphic designer *grins* I guess I'll have to
