Ok, then I will write in english. ^^ If you want to add someone you just go to
his/her userpage (by clicking the name of the member). On the left side of every
userpage is an "Options" box. Under the category Befriend you can add the member to your
watchlist, friendslist or hotlist.

you'll get restricted/muted/banned...
You should check for doubles before you submit. AND... it is not very clever to
submit a scan of a mod or of other members. That's ripping. You should read the
Community Policy first.
