Sorry for disturbing,now I am here for some tips of vectoring
Just a few days ago I submitted the first vector job I have made and norine07 advised that I should ask you for help,because you are very good at vectoring?Could you give me some advice of making a vector better ?I find it really difficult ,it takes a lot of time but the result turn out poor....
I can only make the outlines of the same width,could you tell me how to make the outlines of its proper width?

I don't understand what you are asking, are you asking how do you supply color inside the outlines? It's easy, you just trace the outline inside the space until the color is all filled.

Yes, I do it on the computer, in a program called Photoshop. I use a mouse the entire time. It takes practice, but it's worth it.

oh and how did u get the lines so perfect ^^

Zoomed the scan at 200% and traced the lines very carefully. If I make a mistake, I adjust the lines. I go back to a line at least five times to see if it's in synchronization with the others.

ooohhh and how do u noe how to contrast it?

Go to image>adjustments>auto levels and you'll have the image colored levelly. Sometimes this doesn't work, it depends on your point of view what looks good and what doesn't, but if you find that it's not right in colors you can always go to "auto color" in the same menu to hopefully work it out.

I'm planning on making a video tutorial soon once I learn how, so hopefully it'll make my explanation a little easier to understand. ^_^
