Like, I'm doing Super Mario. And we can only use CMYK
colors + white. It's a toughie...

four. White is permitted.
Judging:
Will be judged by criteria listed in the Rules. Also, to be noted: Pixel
Perfection! If there are any errors (say, you had some vectored lineart, and
coloured under it, and some of that colour went outside the lineart), you will
get a -3 points (for each error) under Quality. Basically, BE NEAT! Don't get
lazy. This will be waived if it is intentional, but it must look as
such.
Questions/Modifications:
I will take any questions you have through PM, and I'm willing to modify the
rules if something is horribly unclear.
