FAQ in the support section you will find a list of sites that Minitokyo doesn't
accept scans from. KAZ has a very distinctive quality and is easily recognized.

Oh...but ive seen so many kawaii dreams scans on MT
Especially under the Resident Evil 4 Category almost all the scans are from
Kawaii Dreams
Just because they did, doesn't mean that you
have too. Purhaps they didn't know that scans from that site were allowed. The
list is pretty new as well, I want to say that it was added in March, or April.
I just happen to notice that most of the scans that you have been submitting are
from KAZ, like all of your FFXII scans.
I have also seen many KAZ scans in the gallery and I report them when I get the
chance.
