YES! i stil enjoying my shotokan classes! very very much ... it is doing interesting more and more ... i enjoying them so much that i don't even understand when the class is finishing!
and and ... i have start dances classes too! did i tell you that?
and i love that classes too!
The only thing is that they excauste me! somedays i'm very very tired that i can't keep my eyes open!

Cool! You started dance classes, too! We had to dance in school (in physical education) and it was a lot of fun because we had to dance folk dances.
I'm sometimes outside. I go shopping with friends or cycling. But this week I was at home because the whole week I had a low blood pressure. I'm on a diet (maybe that's the reason) but it's not the first time that I do a diet. I've lost 50 pounds this year. I don't eat that much but I've gained a lot of pounds because of the "happy pills" I took for two years. Now that I don't have to take them anymore I want to be thin again. I want to lose 20 pounds more. Then I will be satisfied.

ich weiss, mit denen hab ich auch schon so einiges durchgemacht. was war das noch vor 1-2 jahren so schoen ruhig hier und jetzt kommt aus jeder ecke ein mod gekrochen der sich fuer extrem wichtig haelt. aber was solls, aendern koennen wir es ja leider nicht

You have met me. The reason is: I already spent hours for this site. Scanning and downloading new scans cost me hours. If I would join groups then I wouldn't be able to leave the PC. Or I would not visit the sites of the groups and then there is no meaning joining them.

lol, okay, I understand. Internet can be very addicting. Sometimes I am on 5 or more hours at a time, but I never feel like I get anything done. . .lol
