Thanks for the accomplishment! But in fact I can't do userpages as well...
O_O
I made the wallpaper in which my page is based on and a member of MT made the
skin and put it up for me... O_O
As far as I know, you go to control panel > skin builder. But how to fix
everything, I dunno...
Maybe if you leave everything blanc and hit OK it'll become the custom MT
skin... then you can start it over. O.O
It works in theory.

haven't asked, you shouldn't just use it, the mods might even warn you... o_o

Also, I think that if you added blue as the bg's default color, it's blend
better in the end of the page, the lower part, you know~ ;o
