1. I'm not a doujinshi mod, but maybe it was deleted because it was too small (less than 600 000 pixels) or maybe something else... I don't know But you should have gotten a PM from Botchii about it Hmmm.
I suggest just reuploading the new version. If you're not sure if it's ready to go up on the gallery again, post it in the Sandbox for feedback ^^

2. Yup, as long as you use someone's doujinshi (not part of a wallpaper :O), that should be okay. State in your description that you don't know who did it. ^^

3. You want me to close those threads? I'll go ahead and close them- if this wasn't what you meant, tell me and I will open them again.

4. It depends on what you're making the group hate o_o
It'd also be horrible if the group disappeared after spending 100 credits on it. (100 credits is quite a lot !)
You're more than free to make a group, but it must have a specific purpose and generate activity- at the end of the day, it will depend on the group moderator @_@
