This is beautiful! Well done... and I look forward to seeing
more!
Really? You hate it! haha. Hum... maybe i just picked the wrong characters ^^
haha. But other wise, Supper happy that you liked it! Thanks
alot for the comment!

Hiya! Thank so much for the Sacred Saga scans! Or Saint Seiya, I don't know a
whole lot about the series, I just really like the art. Are you going to scan
more from the book? It would be nice to have one of your scans of Pandora. I
have a smaller one that I am walling, but a larger one would be nice. I didn't
remember seeing one for Pandora. I know that there are tons and tons of
different characters. . .well, thanks again!

I've scanned both books and have already
submitted the najority from them... and yes, Pandora is one I'll be submitting
in a day or two (it's finding the time more than anything else
)
Yay! Scanning can be really time consuming. . .I really
don't like waiting for a scan to go through, but then it just says 'type error'
or something like that because the scan was too big or something. What type of
scanner do you use? I don't have one, so I use the one in my college library. I
really want to get a good all in one printer so I don't have to pay for prints
or copies. I have a art book from Serial Experiments Lain and I think that I
scanned a bunch of pages at 200 psi and I put two of them together, but I think
that the size was too big for it to go through.
Quote by saikusaWell, in the case of
scans, yes. The coloured version is almost always preferred over the B&W
(unless its a rare occasion where the B&W is better quality). But in the
case of doujinshi & wallpapers we don't allow multiple versions or works in
progress. So when someone submits a B&W pencil drawing followed by a colour
version it means that only one can remain, and that (usually) the first version
is deleted.
Well, thanx for clearing it up. I thought
I did wrong when reporting it.

You sounded unsure with your report, but you got it absolutely right!
99 percent of me had this really confident feeling to report, but 1% of it made
me doubt. Now, I'm 100% confident!
Quote by saikusaYou must've torn up your
book to get the two pages flat like that. Sorry you had to do that, but I
imagine I'm not the only one who appreciates what you've done in order to make
this high qality image.
You don't know how much I appreciate that comment. *sniff sniff* Xp I actually
took that page out of the artbook and laid both sides flat to scan. The binding
is already kinda ruined, so might as well.
Quote by saikusaYou know that this is the
third most popular wall in the Future Studio category... You should make more
walls!
OMG I did not know that!
wtf?
Anyways, need to learn more stuff to make myself wall again... kinda like those
smexy vectoreness floating around or some smudgeness which I recall I wasn't so
bad at. It seems now I'll have more free time so who knows :P
Quote by saikusaWho'd have thought that
the little pruple yoda turned out to be a HOT guy?
ic so he also turned out to be hot? I just thought he was
plain cool... lol *poke*
Quote by saikusaThe quality of these are
getting grainier and grainier. Please make sure you don't lose the high quality
you started with.
the last couple were scanned with a diff option, but still @300 dpi
guess i'll go back to how i scanned them first I'll update
the scans that i uploaded scanned with the 2nd option. ^^
Quote by saikusaSuch an impressive
vectoring job! The lace must've been a killer, and you've completed the image
(where the scan cuts off) very naturally that you wouldn't know the
difference!
Hi saikusa-san
thanks alot for the sweet words
the vectoring was hell & Im happy with it
but I really dont like the BG that I made I thought alot but nothing good came
out
anyway my next scan to vector is one of your latest scans
I fell in love with it
well talk to you later
bye bye~
Quote: No-one is criticising your

subject. So what is it about the Abstract Art section that you like?
OH. Oops. Gomen nasai. Sorry. I was hyper after reading parody/crack fanfic.
Well I know this is the most moronic reason out of any reason for anything ever
discussed about but I just like it.
Quote by saikusait was just a scrteenshot
of your desktop.
Oh no! Saikusa I'm so sorry! Let me explain what happened.
I had copied the code for a sig of a group I was part of to paste into my sig
box, but I forgot about it and accidently pasted the code for my desktop picture
that was meant to go to another site. I thought I'd already pasted the group's
code in my sig box so I didn't even check..... I'm really sorry
Quote by saikusaWhat beautiful colours!
This is a pure delight! Such a feast for the eyes, and sumptuous. Normally
citiscapes are dull, decaying and cold. This is completely the opposite!
Inviting, warm, soft & organic. It is genuinely a wonderful change and
imaginative. Inspired!
you got some gooddd comments going out of your sleeve, I like it.
Quote by saikusaIf you compare the
original colour images from the manga you'll see that almost all of the
characers have had a radical recolouring. For instance Shun had brown hair and
didn't not wear a pink Cloth...
Oh really? sorry, didnt have seen the manga, only the anime and ovas...
REALLY DIDNT WEAR PINK ARMOUR! what color was?
I used to like Shun, but the only thing I dislike was that pinky cloth and that
he was too childish sometimes.....but i guess he was like that cause her brother
(the Phoenix YAY!) was a bit overprotective.....
Quote by saikusaAnyway, I don't suppose
you could double check something for me, please. Do you think this scan is meant to be
from War of Genesis III? I'mso used to seeing Hyung Tae Kim's designs, but don't
know anything about the actual games. The Future Studio scan looks kinda goofy,
but I'm sure they look like HTK characters I've seen before... what do you
think?
No, I really don't think they are. The girl looks a bit similar to Joan
Kartright, but the hair and many other details are all wrong. These are the
only two characters I can think of who resemble the two in the Future Studio
scan, but I seriously doubt it's them.
Quote by saikusaSo beautiful &
heartwarming. The image isn't one that anyone would naturally choose, but this
is fantastic. The amount of detail that has gone into it, you don't even notice
it at first, but it's very intricate. I'm glad that you chose to keep the
background simple to compliment the simplicity and the focus on the bond between
mother & child.
Ah, I'm really happy I'm not the only one who liked this kind of wall after all.
Thanks for taking the time to comment on this [as well as pointing out that I
forgot to put self-scanned on my latest Kino submission. ^_^] As always, it's
appreciated.
Quote by saikusaI found it a hard book to
get into at first, but I think it was because I was struggling to abandon the
Ghibli characters from my mind. To me the film is more appealing & the
characters are more likable, but the book has more depth, twists, turns &
explanations. THey're both better & worse than each other
Really? I dived on it like if it was an ice-cream pool. O.O
Have you read anything else by Dianna-sensei? I loved her previous books, and I
didn't even know she had written Howl's as well. o.O
Sophie being a red head, Michael being 15 instead of 6, and Martha were
additions that just made the difference. Miyazaki-sensei could have added them,
it wouldn't cost that much screentime.
For me, it's the book all the way~
The only chara that it's more likable on the movie is the witch of the waste.
Even if that mean being uglier as well.
Quote by saikusaShe's so pretty, and the
gentle textures you've used compliment her graceful appearance so perfectly.
Wonderful!
Thanks, Saikusa!
I appreciate that very much, and I'm really glad you liked it.
Oh! Almost forgot - thanks so much for sharing your D.O.G. scans and the
Alphonse Mucha scans. I went on a night long hunt for more of his stuff [mucha]
after seeing those. Now I know what all the art nouveau fans are on about.
You've corrupted me...

Not a problem

I was especially taken by 'Secret Desire' and that robot dog...
