Really? I thought it was Tohru's parents, Kyoko and er (can't remember his name
right now... Tohru's dad) ^^'
The Tohru's father are the hair darker than Kureno :Tohru's parents.
and her mother had the hair longer than Ritsu when her husband was still in
life.
I think it is the traditional dance of the 12 during the New Year's day

*sigh* so...I don't know why but I noticed (and I'm not the only one ) that
the characters i draw have long necks....I don't know why I make them so long...
lol! I must try and work on the body proportions...and get rid of
this habit of making long necks

neat vector (wow your lines are so thin). Though I think one bit on her leg
looks weird (like,the upper left side of her right leg), that triangular bit
there doens't look like it should be her leg, more like shadows (like part of
the green shadow you have there). And make that shadow a bit darker to give it
slightly more depth.
Also, I like the design and the swirls, but it looks a bit boring in terms of
composition, with the focal point so centered and symmetrical. It's be more
dynamic if you rotate it a bit to make it come down diagonal, then you can put
it a bit off-center without losing the balance.
Now that you're finished your vector-wall, paint something? *hint
hint*

nice painty vector ^^ how did you colour the outlines? (like on the vector
layer? or did you convert to raster, lock, and then colour?) Though I think some
parts look too flat, like the top of her hood thingy, and the blue bit in the
right bottom corner. And her eye outline looks too blurred (like her eyelashes
and stuff), since other outlines are sharp. And also, since everything else is
light and pastel-ish, maybe have the eye outline dark brown instead of black so
it doesn't stand out as much?

I vectored the outlines(as usual), and work with it separately from the background. I didn't convert them to raster, but I used new raster layers to shade the vector.
Yeah, it's my minor work, so there're some mistakes on shading. I'm actually lazy to paint more on the shading >__< The eyelashes were intended to be soft/smudgy, coz the vectored one is sharper. But eyelashes aren't part of outlining work.
