Aaaah uni life, how I miss it!
I graduated in April, and I got a job in Japan so I'll be moving there in July.
Do you keep an online journal at all? I find that to be the best method of
communication ^^

Talking about manga, Ah! My Goddess doesn't get addicting until about midway,
because the series was started in the 80's (if i remember correctly), and it
took a while for Fujishima (the author/artist dude) to develop his art style and
storytelling to what you see in the new Ah! My Goddess TV series that ended a
few months ago. Just google it up and i'm sure you'll find a bunch more info
that i can tell ya It's up
to 28 volumes here in the US btw, though i haven't read the last one.
Let's see....hmm..i really dunno how long the Ayashi No Ceres manga is, cuz i
never read it, and as for Tsubasa, i think the anime is getting tooo slow action
and plot wise, so the manga is definetely the best. Yea, Tsubasa has crossovers
from almost all the mangas that Clamp published, from Card Captor Sakura
(Shaoran and Sakura, plus some others) to xxxholic (the dimenional witch). The
anime can be downloaded via bittorrent at http://www.animesuki.com. Just search the
site and you'll find the links. But now the groups have stopped fansubbing
because it appears that the scarywater bittorrent tracker went down, so i dunno
the status of the old torrents or the future fansubs.

see vol 1 at the bookstore, I'll pick it up. BTW it turns out Ayashi no Ceres is
14 vols long (well the english version anyway) Weeell, Tsubasa is 8 vols long
(pretty short, did they extend the anime?) Yeah and I got the 1st 4 vols of
Tsubasa, so I'm halfway. Anyway I'm enjoying all the little crossovers in
Tsubasa, expecially the one between it and xxxHolic (heheh, I really like
xxxHolic... hilarious! I like Yuko-san) Plus it's cool when you open to the
crossovers in both book, and read back and forth what's going on on each
side.
Now strangely enough, I'm familiar with animesuki.com, and that's because I once
tried to download the Pita-Ten anime series (all 26 episodes in one shot) but
then after waiting half the day, and seeing it at only 5%, I gave up on that and
cancelled it. (it's OK though, it would've taken up a lot of space on my
computer....)
