Thanks a lot for the resized wallpaper - I am still used to 3x4 layout and I don't really want to change it...

Quote by DREAMit's trippy lady alterlier. ^^ loving how the bg is "shouting"..

one thing though- the [edge] right side of her dress [viewer's left] is a little jagged there.re: all those criticizing your vectors- i am personally sick of seeing all these absolute "perfect" looking vectors because they look so artificial.
so pay them no mind- lady alterlier.
+ fav

btw- they deleted my wall. :(

you own yourself a very skilled eyes, it was hard for me to see the jagged parts, but bleh

haha teh usual gundam [whatever saga] perfect vector was also starting to make me sick....I already was....but that's a bleh too

and yeahh I saw that it was deleted, and the discussion...there's a lot of crap in this place and that was certainly nothing of that but guess the wall faced death so nothing could be done =(

Quote by DREAMi have 300 on my pc and have watched that the other night- the film is good [i'd give it about a 3/4]. of course i have the original comic as well. :)

I'm fine, thanks for asking, though busy as always.
You're lucky for having watched '300' - I'll have to wait for the film for about a month or so - and you're lucky to own the graphic novels as well. Although Poland is getting more and more open to comic treated as a kind of art, we're still light years away from having at least a decent choice. We already have Frank Miller's 'Sin City' published here, I own 'Maus' by Art Spiegelman (which has left a lasting impression on me) and we're slowly going into Marvel, Sandman series and some great European artists, but it's still a drop in the ocean...

Quote by DREAMi was looking throughout your gallery for a scan that you posted a while ago but deleted. i will pm you the image [i don't want anyone else to wall it- lol] and if you could kindly identify the author; and then if you actually own the art-book and could saw rescan it at a higher resolution and leave it raw, i would be humbly in your debt

No problem - look in your PM for a link to download. The artist's name is AKISATO Wakuni and she's a rather well-known older mangaka. The artbook (which I still own, btw) is from 1985 and presents some of her art from various magas.
Looking forward to the wall,
Joanna
P.S. Drop me a line if something's wrong with the download.
P.S. 2. I'd almost forget - now I'm a proud owner of the Arslan artbook by Yoshitaka Amano!

looking forward to more of your works/

Salut Lord DREAM :)

Thank you very much for your comment and the fav. I really mean it. You always have nice words for my works. What would I do without them? You're kind of the only one by now who doesn't tell me how weird they are. *lol* Hmm... somehow it bothers me a little that my works are being called weird. I'd like to change that... T_T

I feel like drawing most of the time. I walk around on the path of life and I keep thinking of what to do next. *lol* On the other hand I know that it's important now to concentrate on university ... So I must pull myself together and dedicate my energy to the more serious tasks of life. >.< Anyways maybe my next submission will be a not original one for a change... I'll see but my motivation to work on a scan surprisingly has reappeared ...

I'm tired... too much studying. So forgive me if my words too, sound a little weird today... *lol* And tomorrow I'll have to work... selling clothes. So I'm off to bed.

Enjoy your weekend. Take care. And thanks again for your kind words. :)

A bientot...

Quote by DREAMthe perspective is awesome- actually i thought it was a wide-screen wall by looking at the thumb.

+fav

^^ Thank you very much. The perspective can only go in place because of the scan, so the scan deserves more love actually. :D Thumbnail is deceiving, it really is. But in my case, it's impossible to make a widescreen wall because my monitor is 1024x768. ;)

Hi hi! Thanks for the fav of my Samurai Deeper Kyo wall. That poor series is so under walled so I'm glad you liked my wall of it. XD And I like your userpage, it's kind of Angst yet at the same time it's got a funky abstract feel to it (and it's really easy to read the text, what a novel idea! XD )

Quote by DREAMartwork that would lend itself well to one of your walls. ^^

Quote by DREAMhiya lady regenbogen- sorry for the delay i was away for a bit and am catching up on all the notifications.

lots of comments like "unique, strange, weird" but i love your walling style personally and love to see your original works.

i have absolutely no problem with the background at all- it isn't empty.
i just have one concern or minor crit: i think her eyes may be just a tad [very slightly] big and having them colored black and a variation thereof [inside] gives off the impression that she may have a "dark side" which i think conflicts with her appearance otherwise and the Sakura trees.

+ fav

i notice your looking to do some digital painting etc- if you have the time: consider joining paint - o rama.
oh and on a serious note i hope school is going well- don't worry everything will work out.

au revoir lady regenbogen

Salut Lord Dream,

thanks for the comment on Hanami.

Yeah I got lots of comments like "unique, strange, weird"... to be honest that confused me a little. I was trying to figure out why everybody finds it so weird, but I don't understand. *lol*

Hmm thanks for the hint on the eyes. I think you are right... they are a little bit too big... I love eyes... And whenever I draw something I spend a lot of time on the eyes, trying to make them expressive. A "dark side" really wasn't intended here... so this effect might be the consequence of too much attention on the eyes. *lol*

About digital painting... yeah, have been trying around with it. But I lack time. I am trying not to worry but it does worry me... *lol* Anyways thanks for your kind words!

I kind of feel like i want to do something "new". Looking over my wallpapers and original works... they somehow look too nice, quiet and friendly to me. Maybe it's cause of the Hanami wall... that I feel a bit... stuck. Well... sooner or later I'll find out where this feeling will lead me. OX

I hope everything is going well for you... did you get the job that you wanted? Thanks again for the fav and comment. Your comments are always most helpful to me. :D Oh and I must also thank you for the links on that fashion show that you gave me. Did I ever tell you that I am crazy about fashion? I find it very inspiring!

Hope to hear from you again soon. :)

A bientot!

Sorry for the random comment, but just stumbled across your profile, and DEATH..I love Sandman, and Neil Gaiman in general. Also have you played Nocturne, I noticed your icon...

I have read most of the graphic novels..I know I am missing some along the line..Yes I have finished nocturne, and it is one of the best games I have ever played..I ended up getting the Neutral ending and true demon ending..The true demon ending is awsome..Though one of my main goals in the game was to get Dante..I hope you are using a walkthrough, b/c the game is hard..
