hmm....lets see...what I would do is probably just vector the blood with
straight edges and not smudge it. As for the little squiggly bits on the toungue
and finger, I would zoom in very close and vector those as well. I just took a
look at the vector again, and I also think you could darken the blood a bit, to
a more crimson color. It seems kind of bright.
