that is right
but I must say that ur recent scans are great now I

proposed by a moderator). Sometimes we can take into consideration a proposition
by a member of the community submitted by reporting. For the elite gallery
elites and moderators move items to it directly, no need of the propose/approve
thing here, again, we sometimes take suggestions from members via reports for
items to be added to the elite gallery. Hope that anwers your question.
