Ohgushi, Fuco Ueda & David Choe... but I'm sorry, but
you'll need more than 1 scan for a Seonna Hong category to be made. Any chance
theres some more ready to come?
Oh, and for future, just in case I should (God forbid) have any more computer
problems & don't get to read my GB, you can use this
thread to request new categories. Some of the other mods keep an eye on it
just in case I should go awol again
Quote by DREAMactually lady misa have scans

yes- it's a beautiful artwork, i wanted to post it even though it isn't fully
colored. lol
and you are most welcome for the scans- your "fan-girl squeals" and
beautiful walls are more than enough thanks.
: tosses lady misa a red rose :
Oh ho 15mb scans I can't wait to still what you wall from those <3
I liked the mood of the "sea sex sun". For some reason it reminded me
of my own summer holidays right now...
Thank you so very much for your kind words :3

DREAM-san, thanks for stopping by! Sorry for the late reply, and here's my usual
excuse of "too-many-distractions-offline-and-online." ...
And here's another cliche-ish line: "I still owe people here in this
virtual space lots of guestbook greets, caption comments and what-not."
^_^"
Offline, my friends and I had just finished (well, not to our absolute
satisfaction!) translating this documentary called the "The Take" into
our local language Tagalog! ^^^ We kinda fell in love with the film, touched
with what the people presented in the film were struggling with. If you have the
time, and are feeling a little down about work and all, you might enjoy watching
it! It's a real story about people in Argentina around the year 2000 (?) who
lost their jobs in their factory because their boss got scared and didn't want
to lose more profit, so he just shut down the factory. I think that Argentina
suffered a major economic downfall then, and many workers found themselves out
of work, companies' financiers withdrawing their money from banks and all
wholesale... So the workers shown in "The Take" decided to follow what
other workers had been doing just to get back to work and feed themselves:
occupy the factory and keep it running for themselves, but this time without the
boss. It seems arrogant, ne? ... even hasty and against the "rules"
and all at first glance, but I'll let you decide in the end whether you'll be
inspired by what the workers did!
Naomi Klein and Avi Lewis, the producers of the "The Take" ( http://www.thetake.org ) emailed us back and
are very much happy to help us out in showing the film to workers, unions and
other folks in the Philippines! They agreed to include the Tagalog subtitles we
translated for the documentary on a nice, hi-quality DVD disc and as soon as we
send them a final FINAL copy, they'll do that and send the DVD over to us!
Yes-ness! ^^^ But for the mean time, we managed to make a crappy, VCD thingy
with the Tagalog subtitles we made, and a few days from now we'll go back to my
hometown and show it to some of the community-farmer folks there! We're having
trouble finding someone with a portable generator though -- there's no
electricity in the farms we're showing the film in... ...
but anyway, we'll come up with something, I hope!
Anyway, 'just a small parcel of what charaz-long-name has been up to lately...
gomen, I'll try to be back in the future here in your space, and tell ya more
what I've been thru and where I've gone and what I've done the past year/s! So,
ooohh, hey! You're dabbling in vector art now, too? *finds DREAM on deviantART!
-- hehe, I'm also making a sort of Doujinshi-Support-Club Member Directory
chu-chu, going thru current and former members' webpages and all, lol, just to
see the connections and all* Ganbare! (ok, stock line again...) And gomen, too,
for missing the fun out of the "Movie Poster contest (?)" you had a
while back (but thanks for inviting me!); I would love to come aboard and help
you on any event you plan on doing anyplace in this virtual space -- errm, that
is, if you don't mind having me!
Well, thanks again for the visit, please do visit again and bug me with anything
you have in mind and good luck with your art, ne? ^^ Oh, and lol, I think there
are other longer-named persons here nowadays... ^^^ *waves at DEATH-san on your
userpage ^_~ *
You're never on AIM these days, you know that? Guess the only way to get hold of
you is through MT these days. Maybe DA, though I personally don't hold the site
in any kind of regard.
Guess I'm really just procrastinating on packing right now, so I'm checking MT
for the first time in months. Not going to bother going through the notifs to
see if there's anything worthwhile just now--I'm supposed to be packing, after
all.
But packing to go where, you ask. Ah, that. Two day diversion to Bali while I
and Sian and my parental units visit the family in Singapore. While we've been
here, I've looked through a large bookstore and found--and bought--something of
interest to you. Too bad my scanner kinda sucks, and that I have no interest in
damaging the book.
I dunno if you've seen it before, or perhaps you even have it already; but I'll
bet you I got a better deal. S$73.90 (That's singapore dollars), and the current
exchange rate is S$1.5 to $1. In case you don't want to bother with the math,
that's under $50 US. Not too shabby considering the size--only kinda wish that
they were all fold out size. Ah, well.

Why thank you very much DREAM, Yuki Urushibara is a wonderful artist. Funny, I
like yours too ^__^.
Also thank you for the magnificent scans from "Bliss Express". I fell
in love with Fuco Ueda art from first sight. Your submisions are always
something to look forward to.
Have a nice Christmas!

Hi sweetie! Thanks so much for the recent fav and sweet comments on my new
wallpaper! I'm glad you like it! *hugs* And thanks so much for catching my
spelling mistake! I can't believe I didn't see it! I guess after staring at it
for so long it looked right LOL Thanks again, good friend!
Hi, how are you!? I really enjoyed your new scans. they are simply gorgeous.
thanx so much for sharing them. i can't wait to see more of them. ^^
Hope you will have a beautiful holiday.
Hi Dream! I'm terribly sorry for the long absence, my friend! I've been terribly
busy with school and such that I have barely any time to come on MT. But thanks
so much, sweetie for the lovely comment in my guestbook! *hugs*
I hope you're doing well and have a wonderful day! Talk to you soon!
yea tell me about it, i was so shocked when i was reading about what changes
they made in the film. makes me feel fearful of how the watchmen movie will turn
out.....
Oh, thanks - I have seen it, but I'm bad with names ^^. The art is gorgeous.

Dogs is the manga series. Sadly, its rather short and art is unstable. It has
oneshot volume published before. And now Dogs are ongoing series with only 14
chapters. But I think the manga has a chance to be animated in future, since the
story is good so far and characters are really interesting. You can check
scanlation here - http://mangatranslation.com/dogs/
Quote by DREAMfinally Wakaba has been
walled. that's one of the things i love about you most, lady misa - not only do
you wall extremely well but you always take the most difficult artists as
inspiration, imo.
like Shunpei and now Wakaba etc. i love how you got rid of the predominately
green bg and made the green leaves/petals transparent there. the clouds give the
atmosphere a very other-worldy presence as well.
simply a beautiful wall. note: it's a shame that MT doesn't allow b& w scans
as Wakaba is in her element when she uses mostly b&w with a very liberal
dash of color.

yes, you are correct that is my birthday. i remembered lady tevi's is in
November as well; between you and me i think that may have freaked her out a
bit. lol i certainly miss lady tevi's wallpapers. so tell her i said
"bonjour". ah and speaking of birthdays my sister bought me a new
art-book which i shall take delivery of soon and don't be suprised to see more
scans of "new" artists. actually i am working on a wallpaper that has
been in the works for several months on and off.
ah Liechenstein- well i made the "most wanted" list yet again so i
fled there.
I shall tell her 'bonjour' when I hopefully get to see her in person She's
in China (or Hong Kong... technically ) at
the moment Yup, her birthday is in November too ^_^ tevi remembered your
birthday because it's the same as a birthday of our friend. She usually holds
joint parties with her, so yeah ^_^
Oh new artists <3 I'll be looking forward to that.

Sorry for not contacting about it earlier, but right now I'm down with

from what i have seen this is the best thus far. i
could actually see this hanging one a wall- i suppose it seems very paint-like
to me.
actually i disagree with lady flyin, about all the blending and her criticism of
what appears to me to be ripples or waves in the water. Princess Miyu seems well
blended in to me. i especially love the flower.
would love to see the "goth chicks" you worked on and scrapped even if
they aren't finished. ^^
loved your "virgin painting" tut
my only crit- is the title. "float'n flow" sounds to much like
"surf n turf".. perhaps another title?
btw- not sure if Mt's on life support or what but it took me well over 40
minutes to download your wall and i'm still waiting for it to be saved to my
"cool walls" folder.
