I read the post you wrote and I also skimmed through the thread, and I'm
assuming that nothing will be changed. I'm not a scan mod myself and I'm not
very familiar with scans, so the reply I wrote on your thread was just my
personal opinion. As far as I know, we've been deleting every AP scan, unless
the same AP member has posted the scan up here- from what I've seen anyway. I
guess it was implied that AP scans weren't allowed here in Mt and vice versa,
since it has been like that for probably quite some time
Assuming that what the situation stands as it is won't change, we'll ensure to
write it down clearly in the Policy, FAQ or wherever applicable. So I'm terribly
sorry for any confusion
Hopefully after any renditions, everything will be clarified ^^;;
I read through the thread again just in a bit more detail, and indeed, scans
from APA aren't allowed in Minitokyo either, because it's Nuriko's scanning
group. Generally APA scans aren't allowed (I see heaps of reports, but I can't
be 100% sure on this because I can't remember if they sourced or not- so meh,
ignore that).
Lemme see if I can dig up the link... (again sorry this isn't written down in
the policy or faq- but we're working on it ^^)

What about all the information in the other thread that I posted? Were the
debates and questions on that thread for nothing? Repeatedly in that thread the
Moderators said that 'not my scan' was enough. More than one moderator stated
that.
How many mods do you need to accept it?
Marissa is the mod who answerd your question and just because you don't like it
you need the other mods to get involved. What do you think are they saying?
"Oh sorry, Marissa is wrong and you're right?" This will never happen.
Why should Marissa gave you the wrong answer?
I think it's clear now that scans from AP are not accepted. Some other sites I

I have read your thread. You did not only descripe the scan with "not my
scan"!
You said it clearly in the description that you took the scan from AP. That's
the fact that caused the deletion. It might be hard but if you had only
"not my scan" written, you scans would have been not deleted. Your
failure was (I don't think it's a failure because I really like it that you give
proper credit for the original owner) that your description had to much credit
for the source.
Let me say one last word: Forget about this scans! If you go on with lamentation
you only made the mods angry. I stopped this a long time ago. Just think like me
"If they don't want this wonderful scan, they don't deserve it"

The other
version was a lot smaller. It's okay to submit a duplicate scan ONLY if your duplicate is significantly of
better quality than the pre-existing scan.

Actually Littlejonny100 wasnt saying about him not understanding english... what
