My friend Brandon and I are planning an Edmonton trip in Aug. We are going to an
anime convintion. And we are dressing up! He
thought it was a fun idea. I'm quite excited because I've never been to an anime
convintion before. Are you a fan of Trinity Blood? That's what we are dressing
up as, and it's kind of neat our outfits are being imported from China! Well it

With only a year of university-level education to my name, a good, good job will be kind of hard to find,
but if I can get a job at the bookstore I visit most, I think that should be
good for a first job. If I work there long enough, maybe my paycheck will grow a

to get the heck out of here and live in another country (like Japan or
Germany).

of Japanese, but I hope to change that. Emma has offered to teach me as much as
she can while she's here, but in the end I will definitely have to take Japanese
classes at my university. The only problem with taking classes is the times; my
university only has two offerings of Beginning Japanese, and the times for those
offerings really conflict with my schedule, which is why I'm not taking it this
quarter. I'll probably try to take it next quarter, even if the times are
bad.

he is the one that did the character design for kill bill volume 1, the anime
sequence. i was really surprised to find that fact about him. his artwork in
this artbook is fill with naked ladies, not really my type, but got to love his
style. some are really beautiful.

lol for me, pink has to be bright, in-your-face, flourescent pink, not
pale/pastel/wash-out pink like in the scans you posted.
I'm real sorry about not commenting/faving til a few days ago. the MT password
retrieval thing wouldn't work, so I had to email Sheqel, and bless his heart he
reset it for me so I could log in and change it. Still, it took a week to get a
new password, and I was becoming frantic because I knew that at least one of my friends here would wonder what
happened to me.
I'm doing okay. School started on 20 September, and I've been very busy studying
for my psychology and mathematics classes. I need to study more for my natural
science class too ; University is fun if you've got friends in your classes and if
you've got a group to belong to, but it's so much work! I've spent my entire
week and so far my entire day doing homework! *melts* I don't like being so
busy, but eh, as long as I get a good education and pass my classes, I'll work
myself half to death. I'm still trying to find the time to do more than check my
student email and my campus newspaper email (I'm a reporter/photographer for my
university's newspaper ), but
even a moment to check my messages is a good thing.
Eww, I hope you feel better soon. I was sick last weekend after being exposed to
cold and rain. Definitely not fun. I hate winter, too cold for me, lol.

Yeah, password issues. Like I said before, I was really freaking out because I
knew that at least one person would
notice that I was kinda MIA. Hey, no worries, I love giving comments and I love
faving scans that really catch my eye (hehe I tend to print them off to use them
as references for drawing poses and such or I'll paste them all over my school
binders).
My dad could care less, I think, but my mom is really getting onto me to get a
job and my driver's license. A job, yeah, sure, as long at my work hours don't
interfere with studying, club meetings, my work for the school newspaper, and my
down-time (like playing on the computer). I think I'll apply for work at the
local bookstore, cuz the staff and management know me (I'm always in there) and because it's not a huge
pain for my mom or dad to drive me to work. I need money anyway, lol. One of my
friends has invited me to go to Ireland with her, and another friend of mine,
who I met while on a horseback riding excursion, has invited me to visit her in
Japan, so it's like, "woo, that's expensive stuff, need money!"
Yep, I'm a photographer. Most of my pictures are up on my deviantART page (there's a link
under "my deviantART page" ), so you can check them out if you want.
lmao I like particular pictures, but I have no way of photographing such stuff
cuz I don't have that kind of access
