I wouldn't exactly call them meaningless. They serve as character development episodes and usually add a little bit of comedy. (Though I do agree that there are one or two "wtf" episodes a la Cowboy Bebop.) Overall, I would agree with the scores that you gave.

Hehehe- don't let me full ya...it has lot's of holes in it , I just patched it up really good About her back......it turned out even worse then in the schetch , trying to do that shoulderblade ( which of cource no one would be able to define it as such ) ended up making her very very close to deformed.....

Hi xD, thanks for comment and welcome. I forgot full stop cause there something about saya-sama that make me just go woosh cause she's so fine and cool it wicked.
