Thanks for writting such a detailed opinion on Tune in to Bleach. Yeah, it
was hard cleaning the scan but the stuff under the banner is actually grass near
the camera lense so maybe i should clone stamp it a way or not. The other thing
about putting a shadow, i think it would b weird bcoz it would suggest that he
is a giant and that he is actually standing on the ground. Hey, it's a fantasy
world, it's alright to b floating. I thank u again for ur suggestions.
Quote by ElvesAwesome floor! So realistic
yet anime-esque. I like how you've made Alphonse seem like a shadow over the
floor, but not quite - due to the red eye which really stands out (maybe a
little too much, but no biggie). And I'm glad to see the chalk textures. And
here I may be nit-picky, but technically if the transmutation circle were on a
rough stone floor with that big of stones it'd deviate from being a perfect
circle due to the perspective and angels the rock floor creates. With all the
nook and crannies it'd be a lot bumpier looking than that. As I said, that's me
being picky. You could put the title within the transmutation circle - I think it would
fit there. How you have it works too. Sometimes walls are just fine without a
title plastered all over them.
Awesome job! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks a bunch for the comment on "End of Time"! But Al isn't suppose
to be a shadow, he's like, part of the ground (?) Kinda like church windows with
all the designs on them and whatnot... know what I mean?
And bah, the circle gave me problems from day 1, so I've given up on trying to
fix it
Hey!
Thx a lot for your gr8 comment on The last Quincy It
helps a lot to better my future works ^^ I hope you like my future works as well
^^ Thx and take care ! :P
I already have four
other Mushishi walls in progress or planning stages including a wall from
the bamboo forest episode, but I'll keep your suggestion in mind. The problem is
that there aren't many anime scans I like (the manga art, though, blows me away)
to base things off of. I'll keep an eye out.

Quote by ElvesYou might want to think about
giving him something to sit on, just a shadow would imply there is something
there. That looks a bit odd, but the fire textured face is awesome and I like
how they look on the wall together. Nice
composition.
thanx for your comment ..
but htis is not a wallpaper, its only a vectored img from a snapshot.
i just made it a bit more beautiful by adding a texture above it..
maybe ill get around to making it a actual wall in the future, who knows :

Quote by ElvesVery nice work on the vector.
I do like your choice of colors. Nice idea on how to incorporate the
dragonflies. They're cool looking...and creepy. *shivers* There is one comet
that is right over the back character's face which looks sort of weird since
there isn't really anything else that covers them so drastically. Nice job.
Quote: I'm assuming that this is a
picture run through a lot of filters, for which, it's not bad. I like the over
exposure of the greens which make the wall pop. The text is nice and works well
with the background, but it's hard to read with it being only white (and some of
it is over very light/white background) by adding a slight shadow I think it
would make the text more distinct and easier to read. The positioning of
elements in the wall is very good and the break up of the whole image by using
the flower lines (brushes?) is a nice touch. The wall is eye catching, which got
me here in the first place. Nice job.
Quote by ElvesSuch simple splendor. I
really like the usage of colors in pastel, and also the addition of the
butterfly on the branch she's holding. I appreciate the fact you were able to
make everything have distinct lines without using black outlines. Kudos. I'm
not really sure why I'm not thrilled about the placement of the text, it fits
the wall, but it might be better closer to one of the corners on the right side
(when looking at wall). *shrug* Overall I very much like the wallpaper, and am
glad that you got out of your "walling block." Great job recreating
the original scan while seamlessly adding your own embellishments.
Edit Just now saw the link under the
banner about the textless version!
Figures. lol.
Hahaha, thanks a bunch for the comment and fav on "Serenity"! I really
appreciate it!
Quote by ElvesThat's very nice. I
especially like the darker outline and the shading. What did you use to color
the sketch? Great blending.
Thanks for the comments and I'm glad that you liked it! I
used Prismacolor colored pencils and blended them with the Prismacolor colorless
blender. It works really nicely...
Quote by ElvesI like how the layout of your
wall looks. However, the brightness of the colors coupled with a lot of white
makes it very hard to focus on the character who's just as washed out. If the
colors were darker and more defined on your character he'd "pop" and
grab the viewers attention. As is I find it hard to justify the character being
the main focal point. I do like the colors choosen, and think that you've got a
good composition. I really like how he appears to be walking out of a door and
into view, only to be saying "Ah, crap," and then retreating! Good job
making the wall talk. I always like to find walls that speak on their own.
^_^
Yea, I agree with you. I hate the white and all the bright sharp orange. It
kills my eyes I tried to go for a dark blue-gray background, but I lost the
inspiration to make dark background wallpaper, so went for bright orange
abstract ^^" Lol abt making the wallpaper talk. It just seems as though I
can't picture the wallpaper speaking for themselves *lol* Thanks for the comment
though!

Hi!
Thank you so much for your guestbook post. I was really happy by reading it.
But I think, that they arent good enough for artbooks...
But its always the same, I am really self critically!
Sorry about my bad english. *ashamed*
When I finished my next ones, perhaps you look at them?
I would be happy!
Quote by ElvesThat is a neat idea! I'm
sure your friends appreciate the effort you put into this. I know I would.
Homemade gifts are always the best. The upper left looks a little forgotten,
since the rest of the wall has something in it, but I get the concept. Nice
original work!
Thanks for your comment ^^ I had to leave that corner blank for my icons
>"< I would've made it a bit abstract, but I sort of ran out of ideas
Hmm, I wonder what it would look like if I used up that space as well (and
ignored everything that prevents me from doing so.) *goes off filling that gap*
thx very much for your comment!
...i decided to make a version with hair for you...but i wasnt quite sure wich
color ^^
so here's one with brown hair (but the reflection still has no haircolor) and
one version where each of them has the same hair color as the ornaments on their
clothes - but it's in it's original dimensions (no wallpaper-size)
what d'you think about them?
...i tried around with the backround but there wasn't anything that really
fitted
would you like to become friends with me? or just add me to your watchlist?
thnx again
Sure, I've added you to my watch list, for now. If we converse more, then I
wouldn't be opposed to adding you to my friends section. (I'm so unloved - no
friends. lol ) I pass through MT more than anything, I just pass through often.
School keeps me busy. So I'll see your work as it's submitted and I'll try to
leave constructive comments. Nice to know you!
niceeeee, thnx girl! ill do that too!
i am about to upload sth new, so keep a sharp eye for me
