plan on visiting Canada next month. How could anyone go 2 years without a
vacation? That's what happens when I have no money, but that's about to

I don't think I have the wallie touch anymore. I have not made any walls for
about a year, and I'm going into graphic design? That's crazy, huh? Actually, I
saw a few good wallpapers that inspired me, and I think I'm going to use
fireflywishes' blood scan for my next wallpaper if I really come back. Okay,
that story was boring, lol.
Here's the interesting stuff now. We have some crazy people on the job. Four
co-workers and I were in a store and we saw these ugly (I mean butt ugly) girls
come in the store. One of the co-workers said that one of the girls looks like
Chubaka from Star Wars on the side and began to give out the Chubaka cry. The
girl did not know what it was for, so she couldn't help but be silently
embarassed by us, lol. And then 2 weeks ago, one of my co-workers complained
about using the bathroom in sanction (sanction being his home) instead of going
to the community center. This dude is 17 years old and complaining about such,
lol. So he didn't get back to work until about 1:20 in the afternoon when work
was supposed to resume at 1:00 sharp. Our higher-up told him that he should've
used the bathroom in the community center provided the higher-up would be let
known of the temporary absence. My co-worker said his stomach was hurting and he
stayed home for that. He said, "I'm dead serious." Then the higher-up
said, "you're not dead serious. You'll die serious." Ahahaha, the
higher-up is 61 years old and he's mad funny!

Hmm, she's already pretty close to the middle =/ I got the inspiration a long
time ago, in the opening when they had the stars and stuff trailing along as

since I had it. So on the brightside I will be able to eat and drink tons of
stuff I wasn't allowed to and I've also lost a lot of weight... 'cos I'm eating
like an anorexic model

A part of me quiting had to do with
the sickness I had... and now I can proudly say that it's going to be 4 months

As an update for me... well not much aside the trip and the surgery... I've been
busy with bussiness but each day hating it lol and... yes! there is's one thing.
Ever since I started with gastric problems I had my tongue piercing removed (for
the endoscopies) and now that it's solved for good (or so doctor says) I had it
done again. I had forgotten how it felt, it was painful but not as much as I
remembered and you won't believe me... but as the needle was punching through
the image of a cows tongue popped up in my head so it was
funny in a very weird way.
Yes I know I'm creepy
So... I look at your UP and the same thing comes to my mind... do one for me!
And I'm not joking... haha

Atmosphere
I just love Fruits Basket, it's my favourite manga of all time to be honest. The
anime wasn't as good unfortunately, so no wonder I took a visit to this
wallpaper. From the thumbnail I could tell this was a really sweet and calm
wallpaper, it brings out the heavenly feeling of being deeply in love. The soft
pink cherry blossom trees, with the light blue sky, as it lingers down to our
subjects: Tohru and Kyou. I like the overall atompshere, it's very pretty and
compliments their romantic mood.
Composition
This is where I'm a bit confused ... Our focus point is obviously Kyou and
Tohru, and judging on their angle, the ground seems to disappear in an odd
place. The wall is sort of right, just looks like it's coming out of nowhere.
Please see this image I made fast in Maya on what I'm talking about:
I think you were aiming for something like that, just fix the ground a bit and
it'll look better. Either way, I like the things you added, you know how to make
it seem full and a natural scene, nice work.
Colour
Another glorious aspect, I like the pastel colour, fits well with the vector you
did, the textures are nice aswell. Not much to say in this department.
Quality
Surprisingly the vector is jagged, it's not very crisp and clean like they
usually are. It looks like you vectored just the objects, and then overlayed the
lines from the scan, which was enlarged. Try not to do this, but recreate the
lines aswell, to improve the quality, this is why we vector in the first place.
Because the scan was not big enough or high quality to use in a wallpaper. Watch
your lines too, they are also jagged in the background. The sky and trees look
fine, no problems there.
Overall
It's a fantastic idea, just a few improvements and it would of been awesome. As
always just keep at it and practice. Hehe, you'll become better at vectoring and
all, just keep in mind a few things first on why we vector. I like this
dedication to one of my favourite couples, thanks for sharing, and keep up the
good work. ^^

Absolutely I mind! No J/K go ahead, I just added you to mine since you said something. So what kind of "tools" do you have? You have photoshop or illustrator? I have both of those I know some people prefer vectoring in photoshop, but thats what illustrator is for.

Yeah, my first vector here Makie Vector by fluke was done in Photoshop...didn't turn out so nice, you can see a HUGE difference between that my first and then my second done in Illustrator...it's just easier to use.
