As far as I know the game wasn't released outside of Japan, so your best bet
would be some online store. The only place I've seen the game is Ebay, so it's
probably worth trying there. I know there's one game up at the moment, but I
dont know what language it's in. ^^

Every game I've seen has been for the Sega Dreamcast, there is a chance you can
get it for other platforms, but I haven't seen any.
