Oh thank you! I haven't seen the previous one, I think. I mean, I was certain I
saw it in the gallery once, but I didn't download the image. I decided to scan
images at 600dpi now, so I'm glad to like the bigger image (and hopefully better
quality).
This was from the first volume of The Edge, so I guess Cagalli's under a lot of

Haha I thought the same thing after I saw the picture again after recently
seeing a photo of Naoko. I've started to read the manga and loving it all over
again. The manga (like most series) is a lot better than the anime I believe -
however the Sailor Moon, the anime - even with it's very altered state after the
American dubbing studios got through with it - shall always have to remain a
favorite as it was what led me to be interested in anime in the first place.

Yup, I use PSP8 for all my stuff. Sure, I'll help you with the skin. Is there
anything specific you don't know how to do?
Letsee, did you download her zip file okay? If you did, you should see 2 files,
one called blankpage.jpg and one called newslicemach.jsd. The blankpage.jpg
basicall tells you the size of your skin. Open it up in PSP, and save as a
PSPimage file. Then you're ready to work on your skin. Find some images you like
and make your page. but a couple things to remember, I made a screencap to make
it easier to explain: [link] The
vertical black line is where the left side of your would be cut off if your
resolution is 1024x768. The orange line is where the top cuts off, and the red
line is where the box starts. so yeah, basically keep your main picture within
the box I made with the black and orange lines.
When your done making your page, go to file->export->image slicer. Then go
to "load settings" and find the newslicemach.jsd file. The problem
with the file is that one part isn't sliced like it's supposed to [link] so you
have to slice it yourself with the knife tool. Click on each piece and make sure
the Format is set to JPEG. Once you have all the slices (there
should be 7), go to your "Skin Builder" and load your pieces, but
remember the last two slices are switched.
Hope that helps, if you have any specific questions, please ask
