Of course you can join! And there isn't really a time-frame as to how long you have to make a new wallpaper. I myself haven't made one in a while, I'm just way too busy...so, it doesn't really matter when you submit a new wallpaper to the group, so long as you love walling and plan to do it when you can.

Can you just tell me: How do you get your wallpapers completely clean? You can't see the pixels at all. How do you do that?

It is just tricky tips sweetie ^_^ Jep ... So hard to say ^_^ But I often duplicate the layer, then add in some blur effect, then change the opacity lower to about 40 or 30% >__< Don't know this can work ^_^ Also I vect my scan too so that it will be better at high resolution ^_^
