Sorry, I have been looking for a good 3DCG image of the Strike Freedom for a very long time, but still havent found anything decent looking. However I do have a model image of it that im currently making a wall with, I did the same thing with my Infinite Justice wall (used an image of a model) and I think it worked nicely! In fact after the S-Freedom wall is done, I have a good shot of the Destiny lined up for a wall as well!
