Lol, thanks for the compliments b3nitora! Actually, I
don't use markers at all... I agree with you, if it can't be erased then I'm too
afraid to use it for fear of ruining my original sketch! I use Prismacolor
colored pencils for all of my colored artworks. They're really soft and blend
well.

YW. I have been doing fine. For me the summer has only been ok. The only thing I
did for the 4th of july would be going out to and area that did not have much
things around it and watched fireworks. It's nice being able to go to an area
somewhere that has crops,and some trees off in a distance. Their were no
buildings around that were in sight.

Summer is, in a word, hot. Right now, I'm in the middle of my internship working
for the Department of State at the American Institute in Taiwan (read: the de facto embassy, as we do not officially
recognize Taiwan), and while it's certainly been interesting, the 90+ degree
heat and the ridiculous humidity isn't fun when you're in suit and tie. As for
the Fourth, there were no fireworks here (surprise surprise) though we did throw
a large reception on the third where government ministers and foreign
dignitaries were all invited (we called it the American National Day
celebration, because the word "independence" should be avoided when
working in Taiwan for diplomatic reasons).
Lake Tahoe must have been fun. For now, it's just work work work for me, but
before going back to tackle my last year of grad school in the Fall, I managed
to squeeze in a week and a half of vacation in Japan, so that should be
fun!
Anyhow, take care, hope all is well and that you're keeping cool in the summer
