Hey, c'mon, don't say that! My first wallpapers were n00b-ish as hell, and it's only recently that I progressed so much... besides, I <3 your wallpapers, too (especially the Aizen one that you made for me... and which is still on my desktop by the way). Anyway, for great scans, keep an eye on the Bleach gallery. People post great stuff in there from time to time. And yeah... good luck with your exams. Mine start in less than a month *shiver*

Perhaps if it is not too much, and you do think the image is of low quality and if you find other flaws in it, I'd like to hear suggestions on how I can improve it, and maybe resubmit a better version. Thanks for hearing me out, again, I hope its not too troublesome for you.

Okay, about your wall.
The first thing that hits me is the background. From what I can see, it's just a stock photo with lots of filter work, with the odd desaturation work. It just looks like one of those "low effort" wallpapers that uses artistic cutout and blending options to change the stock to look more image-like. My suggestion is to not use stocks so much in the bgs. I know it's really hard when you start (and I used stock photos as well when I started) but it's good to move on once you're comfortable with Photoshop. What you can always try is painting your own bg (it's hard to do a really good one though) or try some abstract type bg - just make sure it doesn't turn out too simple. Check out shinta's Imanimations for some nice tutorials.

Also, another thing about your wall is the scan itself. I can see that the hair area needs some cleaning. You can tell it's a bit grainy. Your scan is really white btw, it's too bright to fit in with the bg. It doesn't quite go together and because you raised the brightness bar so high, it nearly looks like a white blob. ^^ I also find it strange that his hair is the only coloured part of the scan...

Lastly, your font does not quite go with the wall in my point of view. Don't ask me what a nice font for that is. I'm hopeless with fonts. Also, your outline of the font is a bit shaky. Perhaps making a smoother outlines will make it look better.

Oh yeah, just noticed that your black border could be more even. The right hand side is thinner and the left hand side is not right up against the edge of the wall. ^^

I hope that helps. I suggest you post your walls at the Sandbox forum until you feel that your walls are good enough to be not deleted from the gallery. There, experienced wallers like bluSake can give you help and suggestions to improve. Besides, your wall can never be deleted from there anyway. =D
