About the Division 10 one, the background is green because I thought it would
make a nice contrast with Rangiku's sash. And besides, there were plenty of
division 10 wallpapers with ice-blue backgrounds, I thought I'd change that a

As for the Gotei 13 Elite one, those were the only captains that were in the
scan Although Aizen is my favorite Bleach character. I'm still looking for some
good images of him to make a wallpaper... but I can't find any yet

Well... Host Club ~ Haruhi and Tamaki by Terra-chan is not a wallpaper ^_^; It's just a vector that can be used by other people for their own wallpapers. Haruhi and Tamaki Roses by Terra-chan is my wallpaper using the vector.
